One shot a day

When I was leaving, I thought of patting the dilapidated wooden house in the village and picking up the camera to set off.

This is the house I found last time I went up the mountain to pick wild chrysanthemums. I like its structure very much, so I thought of taking pictures of it at the first time.

The more I watch it, the more I like it. If I can draw, I will, but I can't!

The small room under the house is a stable. The foundation of the local old house is specially built with stones, and a small short room is made below to make a stable. The newly-built house is next to a small house used as a stable. When I first arrived, I smiled and said, "These Matthews are really comfortable. They live in buildings like people!" "

According to today's visit and observation, there are stone steps in front of all the houses, thinking that the houses are higher than the ground.

I like stone steps very much. Now I may find it inconvenient to walk and the car can't get to the door. But before, I thought this stone step was the joy of many children's childhood. How long did it take to climb the stone steps?

When the sun sets, I go home from school or busy farming, sit on the stone steps and have a rest, chatting and watching the colorful clouds all over the sky. What a pleasant pastoral life.

However, at that time, food and clothing may be a problem. Who is in the mood to enjoy life?

This house is occupied. Hearing the stew inside, the corn hanging in front of the door is also an explanation.

I remember seeing a family's outdoor balcony in my hometown when I was a child, and I liked it very much, as if I lived in her home!

When I grew up, I went to her house and found that it had been demolished and rebuilt. What a pity! That small balcony can plant flowers and grass, go out to stretch in the morning and set a small table at night. A family can talk a lot in the moonlight.

There is also a small gatehouse with pumpkin vines hanging on it and chickens in the yard.

For the first time, I guessed that this house should be occupied by old people. Seeing this abandoned stable, I basically concluded that it was an old man living in it. Because they can't do farm work, there is no need to keep horses.

The house has become a dangerous building, burned down, and feels crumbling, but the old lady is still putting sundries in it. I was curious and asked when the house was built, but she didn't understand. It was useless to talk for a long time. Later, a passing uncle said it was almost a hundred years!

A solar street lamp is in sharp contrast with the dilapidated old house next to it.

According to the four characters "China Tobacco" on it, I judged that it should be a tobacco baking kiln, but it has a helmet on it. Why? Do you have it at hand? Looks a little scared.

I like this house very much. If I were in the city, it would be a villa! In this small mountain village, it's just an obscure old house that no one cares about. It is quite new in appearance, and even looks unfinished, but there is no trace of human habitation.

This house is a bit special. The front door has been painted and new, but it looks deserted. Maybe the whole family has moved to the city!

This path home is full of water chestnut stones, which is really a bit difficult to walk and open to traffic, but it surprised me at first sight, because it is paved with pure natural stones and winds up to the door.

I should go closer to see what the couplet in front of the door says, but I never go near any door. Not fear, but awe. They used to shelter from the wind and rain for generations, and finally one day they completed their mission and withdrew from the historical stage. In my eyes, it is sacred and awesome.

I didn't even have a hanger, so I put it on it. I can still see this way of hanging clothes when I was very young.

It is such an open-air balcony that looks so neat and beautiful in a depression, but it has also been abandoned! What a pity ~

Is this small open-air balcony the legendary arcade? I have heard the word "arcade" since I was a child, but I really don't know what it means.

The old lady kept telling me to eat before leaving. The locals are too polite. She always lets me sit in the house and have something to eat before I leave. I wonder if it's like our usual pleasantries.

I asked the old lady if she wanted to take pictures, and she asked me how much it cost. I said it was free, but later I didn't understand how to say it. I only know the general meaning of what she said, but since she asked me how much it cost, it should be what I want to shoot. I have printed and shaped this, and I will give it to her tomorrow.

This is the first time I have stayed here for so long. The old lady told me that there was a Liu or something in their family, which I didn't understand at all. Although our surnames are different, we really like the old lady's "seeking relatives" behavior! Haha ~

This is a sneak shot I chased after, walking in the field with a basket on my back, with a different taste and a different scenery! I just didn't capture it well, because I was stopped to take pictures.

An uncle asked me to take a panoramic picture of the village and said that I would show it to my in-laws. Suddenly, he felt a little stressed! Haha ~ try a tripod tomorrow, I hope it won't disappoint!

Three old ladies, Sun, were digging sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes) on the hillside. Grandma saw me walking on the ridge with a small shovel in her hand and asked me what I was digging. Then we chatted from a distance! This intimacy of the local people makes people feel very cordial and approachable. Unfortunately, it was not until they left soon that they realized this and knew that walking in the fields would bring different gains every time. Grateful to meet photography, grateful to the camera to see the world brought me a different life experience.

This house belongs to the same owner as the old one, and has just moved to a new house. The hostess asked me to take a picture with her new house. She is an injured disabled person. Her hands have no five fingers, and she is deformed and her face is disfigured. But she is a very open-minded person. When she asked how much the photo was, before I had finished asking for the money, she rushed to say that she was "disabled" and did not shy away from her strangeness.

She is physically disabled and determined. She often goes up the mountain to pick mushrooms and sell them to us, so I know her very well. However, I didn't expect that she would let me take pictures of her. Many people over 50 in the village think they are old and ugly, so they stop taking pictures.

In fact, in my opinion, good-looking is not about age, nor about appearance, but about mentality. Positive and optimistic attitude, mental state and smile are particularly charming. There is also concentration and seriousness. I like to capture the attention of others best. At that time, it really had nothing to do with looks.

This is the living room for entertaining guests. Almost every household here has this kind of table covered with cloth to keep warm. The condition is almost a small brazier, which is better than the oven. Sitting at this table is very warm, and I have experienced it in the street snack street.

This is a small space on the other side of the stairwell, and it is also a rest room for fire. It should be a different life for a family or friends to talk about the world around a pile of charcoal!

Next to the stairs are the basement, utility room and pigsty. People and animals live so close, it feels a little unsanitary, but it's strange that they don't know there are pigs below until they go on.

This is the first time I have taken the initiative to go deep into the village to understand the life of the villagers, and it is also the first time I have gone deep into the village to see the existence of grassroots in the village.

When I first came, I thought the villagers were rich and lived in buildings. Later, it was found that the building was just shining outside, and it was not much different from the earthen house when walking in.

This is a minority residential area. I heard that villagers have subsidies for building houses, so they built them so well outside. So we can't judge whether the villagers are rich or not by the appearance of the house.

However, on this trip today, I found that this is only a superficial building, which is full of dilapidated old houses and some people still live there. So we really can't just look at the surface of things. Without investigation, we have no right to speak. You will never know what the facts are without in-depth understanding.

It's a pity that I didn't understand all this, and I left without really interacting with the villagers. But it is also very gratifying to have such an opportunity to know before leaving!
