How to climb a pole

Climbing with bare hands means holding the ankle and always keeping a 35-degree inclination with the tree or pole.

Just buckle it with your ankle. If you use a rubber ring, put your feet on it, put your hands gently on the pole, and push your feet and hands up to the top of the pole at the same time when you take off.
