Second, although some people have the ability, but the network resources are not good, they can only entertain themselves and get no appreciation from others. Look at those who are more capable in life, such as a technician. He has a strong professional ability, but his emotional intelligence is not high and his popularity is not good, so his network resources are not so good.

I think such a person, even if he works conscientiously in his post, even if he can solve one problem after another for the company, can't be appreciated by the boss of the company because of his low emotional intelligence, and can't be reused by the boss, so he can only struggle like an ox. Even if such people are talented, they can't develop well.
