The word "value" seems to be very important to my choice! Then the most valuable job is to do public welfare! In this way, after reading the recruitment information of New Sunshine in the "slave society" I like in the official WeChat account, I submitted my resume and successfully joined the fund-raising department.

Many friends ask me what it's like to be a full-time charity worker. Well, I want to tell you:

We did something meaningful together. Together, we helped families with sudden illness solve the cost of surgery, realized TA's last wish for dying children, raised tuition fees for hundreds of children who had no money to go to school, and shed tears for helpless families ... These touches brought us great growth, and the help was mutual. Sometimes it's hard to say who helped who more.

If you had only 30 days left in your life, what would you do? Eat it? Did you have fun? Insomnia Xixi, a little girl in our project, chose to study. She was reading English words when I saw her lying in the hospital bed, dripping all over and suffering from severe physical pain. I was really shocked. As a healthy big friend, what reason do we have not to study?

After doing public welfare for two years, I feel that the whole person is peaceful and happy. ?

The atmosphere of the organization is warm and beautiful, which seems to make it easier for people to have a deep dialogue with themselves. I feel that the anger and grievances left by the unloved family seem to be slowly being smoothed away, and the anxiety and fear of life seem to be slowly being smoothed away. A friend of mine who is doing charity said: When she was doing charity, she often won various awards, but she never won them after switching to the financial industry. As the saying goes, "Interlacing is like a mountain". Most of our daily life is mixed in our own small circle. Entering the public welfare industry, I can't help but sigh: there is another industry that can link the whole society and even the whole world! Donors and participants in public welfare can be everyone around them, enterprises from all walks of life, governments, institutions and donation foundations. What a good opportunity to see the world and all beings!

Even happier, my family also participated in public welfare activities with me, and experienced an unprecedented sense of meaning and value.

There is no shortage of public welfare professionals in our country, but why do you rarely engage in this industry after ta graduates? Because it is too hard, the work is complicated, the salary is low, and the career path is not clear. I heard a child majoring in public welfare who graduated from a top university say: TA was working in a top foundation. As the project leader, she is highly valued. Because of the rising rent, 500 yuan didn't agree to talk to the leader about a raise. At this time, her unit has not had a normal salary increase for several years. The uncertainty of this career path makes it difficult for struggling young people to see their future development potential, which makes them helpless and powerless. Later, this friend reluctantly gave up the public welfare industry he loved and turned to the consulting industry.

The appearance of some negative news in the public welfare industry has further deepened the public's misunderstanding of the public welfare industry.

So I decided to do such a thing and talk about those things in the public welfare industry as a public welfare person who can get close to the public welfare industry. It is also my mission as a public welfare person to let the public better understand the public welfare industry.
