Fifth grade composition: the fun of May Day-car washing

On may day, my father said, "I'm going to wash the car." I said excitedly, "I will go, too." Mom and dad agreed.

Dad drove my beloved car and took me back to my grandmother's house. At grandma's house, I found a soft tube and put it on the faucet, leaving it on. Water was sprayed all the way to the hose, but it didn't reach the car at all. Dad thought of a way, put his finger on one end of the hose, and the water can be sprayed on the roof at once to clean one side.

Dad is thinking about how to spray the other side. I immediately thought of a good way to let dad drive past and turn a corner, so that the washed ones are on the other side and the unwashed ones can be sprayed. Dad continued to wash the car. After a while, the car was clean. Then, put the hose back in place. Dad happily drove me back to the shop in a clean car.
