Take the Shahu Tourist Line or Yinchuan-Dawukou Intercity Bus from the North Gate Tourist Bus Station of Qinghe North Street, Yinchuan City, Shahu Under the scenic spot, the ticket price is 15 yuan. In summer, there is a bus every half hour, with the earliest bus at 8:30 in the morning and the latest bus at 18:12 in the afternoon. The round trip is convenient.

Yinchuan direction: Go up Qinghe Street or Lijing Street, go north to Helanshan Road, pass through Yinchuan North Toll Station, and get on the expressway. Pay attention to the Shahu exit to get off the expressway and follow the Xinjiang Expressway. The built landscape avenue leads directly to Shahu Scenic Area, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. Direction to Dawukou: Shahu is located 26 kilometers south of Dawukou. Go out of Dawukou city on Shahu Avenue and go all the way south to the Shahu Scenic Area.

Boats are a very important transportation project in Shahu Lake. The boat ticket includes a round trip. After entering the gate, take a boat to Bird Island or the South Bank Beach. There is no need to turn back on the return trip. After the tour, take a free battery car at the exit to return to the main gate ecological parking lot.

River beaches and green trails have been built for citizens to take leisurely walks, and vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering. Every morning, evening or holidays, citizens go to the river beaches or trails in groups to exercise, which is also a sight to behold!

The last step is to climb the 108 Tower. This is a large-scale ancient tower in my country. One of the groups is located under the cliff on the west bank of Qingtongxia Reservoir. The tower group faces west and east.

Why does it sit west and east? Because this section of the Yellow River runs north-south, which is worthy of the name. For those of us who are accustomed to the Yangtze River flowing from west to east, it is indeed an eye-opener. We have always heard about the famous generals in Hedong or the people in Hexi. Today we have witnessed the magic of the Jiuqu Yellow River.

The pagoda is close to the mountain. Water is a Lama-style solid pagoda group built in the Xixia period (it was destroyed many times and later rebuilt. The water there is extremely clear and not as muddy as the Yellow River. So after the project was completed, The local climate has changed somewhat, with more rain and lush green vegetation. But the Yellow River here is still yellow with sand, and the mountains on both sides are still bare. Is the water not deep enough? Or is the water area not large enough? ?Or maybe there are too many rocks on the mountain and they won't cooperate? I don't know!

However, it is a wonder to see the Jiuqu Yellow River flowing so gently! Compared with the Hukou Waterfall, it is simply a completely different "river".

There is also a temple built in the scenic area, and the big Buddha statue stands in the square of the temple, but we are not interested in temples or anything like that, so we just glanced at it.

Maybe I was looking too carefully, but time flew by so fast. When I arrived at Zhongwei, it was already dark. I stayed at the Zhongwei Yellow River Hotel next to the Drum Tower that I had booked with Ctrip. Even though Zhongwei was smaller than Yinchuan, the hotel was in pretty good condition!
