I have been anxiously preparing my visa. I saw a lot in Taisha and gained a lot, so I decided to talk about my feelings during the whole visa process.

The general process of my visa is as follows:

May-June: soak in BBS, read everyone's signatures and ask a small question.

6.29: Get graduation certificate, degree certificate and four-year undergraduate report card.

I began to think about preparing my visa, because my school started on June 3rd, 10, so I can't submit it until early July at the earliest.

July 5-July 15: I began to sort out various translated versions downloaded from the Internet, adjust and modify them according to my own situation (after all, everyone's situation is different), and prepare materials and translations.

July 12: I know that the reservation in Beijing has been scheduled for August, so I will make an appointment online quickly. Fortunately, the book arrived on July 2 1(GZ doesn't seem to be particularly tight).

July19-July 20th: Start to sort out all materials, number them and check them.

July 2 1 morning: handover.

July 22nd: The visa was approved.

July 28th: Get your passport and materials at the visa center.

From the beginning of the whole process, I feel that the process is actually very fast, and it is not particularly complicated and difficult. Every friend who prepares a visa should have no problem as long as he prepares carefully according to his own situation.

In fact, my own situation is more complicated, and it is difficult to explain the funds sponsored by my parents at home, because my parents don't have normal and stable work income like many others. But after my own consideration, I still passed a reasonable explanation. So I think everyone's situation is different, so I still think about how to prepare the materials for the lecture, which is the most reasonable and beneficial for me. Moreover, not all questions and requirements are absolute. If I treat them reasonably and others see them clearly, the problem will be solved.

Next, I will talk about the situation of each part and my feelings in sections.

Part one: visa application form and student questionnaire

The 2004 version of VAF 1 and the student questionnaire can be downloaded from www.ukvac.cn.

As for WORD version or PDF version, I feel that the format of PDF is fixed, and there will be no problem when printing like WORD version.

It's not very complicated to fill in the contents. Ask a computer expert if you don't understand (in fact, you can fill it out by downloading the full version of AcrobatReader; If you really don't understand, I can find time to finish the version if necessary.

For VAF 1, I don't think there are any particularly strict requirements and patterns when filling in the content, and there are no rules that say that filling in this way is right and filling in that way is wrong. You can rest assured to fill in it. And even if you are not particularly clear, you can ask the person who received the materials when handing them in, and he/she will help you check whether there is any missing place (I have a blank for the MM who received the materials to help fill in).

As for the student questionnaire, I think it is better to fill it out carefully. Basically, my materials are prepared around the above questions, and I began to number the relevant materials on them, so that my thoughts will be clearer when I prepare later. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, and you can sort out the information according to your own habits.

For these two forms, I basically filled in N/A or NO for the non-conformity or non-conformity issues involved, which felt straightforward.

I filled in the rough contents of the two forms in the computer and printed them out, which felt neat. As for some minor repairs, I wrote them directly with a pen later, and there was no big problem (like scribing, I saw them on the computer at first, but I didn't print them out, so I used strokes directly).

Part II: Matters needing attention in personal information preparation.

The personal information I refer to here includes:

(1) School related materials:

Keywords Offer, IELTS, degree certificate, diploma,

If it is con-offer, you need to provide qualified related materials, such as transcripts.

If you want to pay a deposit, don't forget to ask the school for a receipt. This can be submitted, so that you can deduct this amount when you explain the funds (that is, when you do the financialstatement/fundinglist).

If there are any scholarships, please also explain.

In addition, I suggest you attach some emails that you usually communicate with the school, as well as information about your major (if it is interdisciplinary or rare in China, I suggest doing so. I think this will make VO feel how well you know this major, and further explain why you chose this major.

(2) Other personal materials:

Copy of ID card. Card (for myself and the guarantor) (this is dispensable, I proposed it on my own initiative at that time, and then the MM who received the materials said it was best to have it).

Household registration book (for yourself and the guarantor), and every page in the household registration book should be copied, not just the pages where the guarantor is located (this is the situation in Guangzhou, I wonder if other visa centers have the same requirements, I think it is better to prepare first than to copy in a hurry).

In addition, if you are not with the guarantor in the household registration book, you must of course issue a certificate of kinship. The content to be written is very simple, that is, simply indicate the relationship between the relevant people, print it out, and stamp it at the police station issued by the household registration book.

I prepared this myself, and I think with such a statement to explain, the context of all funds becomes very clear. As for the specific content, I have consulted many people's samples in advance, but I feel that everyone's situation is different, and the content that needs to be emphasized and highlighted is different, so I made a new one according to my own ideas. I will write a post to explain it in detail later, and of course I can delete the sample if I need it.

This part is actually different for everyone.

Personally, I think it is easier to transfer to the bank regularly and then open a deposit certificate.

As an explanation of the historical source of time deposit funds, I will attach the corresponding current passbook to convert it into time deposit (and try to find out the voucher or receipt of deposit and withdrawal, and if it is time deposit and withdrawal, there will be an interest list, which is also very important. It's best to turn out everything you can find and stick it on white paper in order.

As for how these deposits are formed, I think we should make some efforts to consider and explain them in detail. Not every source of money needs to be explained. It is better to find a reason to explain the recent large deposits (I mainly explain the large deposits in the last year, which are generally more than 10 thousand).

I was taught how to do it by my predecessors, so everyone should pay attention to what to pay attention to. You must leave your phone number. You'd better check whether it is printed on the company stationery, and find it at 1 14.

But I was not investigated by telephone, probably because my parents' annual income is not high. Besides, I didn't provide any salary passbook (but when I handed in the materials, I told MM that one of the current passbook was a salary passbook, and she ticked it for me without reading it), and there was also a tax bill (but I indicated in the work income certificate that the tax was withheld by the company, and the income was after tax, so it was not a big problem not to pay it. I feel that the list given by the visa center is just a list.

These are provided because my mother invested in a company.

But as a shareholder, there should be more materials to prepare. I only provide them to show that my family has a source of income after providing me with the cost of studying abroad, not to show the source of funds, but as auxiliary materials. I think it is enough to have a capital verification report to explain the shares held. In addition, I attached the company's business license and tax registration certificate, indicating the legal existence of the company, and then gave the tax bill for the last three months, indicating the company's operation.
