[Buddhism and Psychology (13)]-All living beings suffer and show compassion (cognitive behavioral therapy)

Buddhism and Psychology (13)-All beings are suffering and compassionate (cognitive behavioral therapy).

First, all sentient beings are suffering and compassionate.

People should eat, drink and sleep every day, which reminds us to be tolerant and compassionate. Eat, let me know that everyone has an innate desire to understand sympathy; Drink, let me know that the tenderness of that cup is also the need of others; Lazar, remind me that I am filthy, and I should feel less self-pity and arrogance. Sleep tells me to cherish myself, allow my weakness when appropriate, be considerate of others' vulnerability, be kind to myself and others.

After living for so many years, I found that the biggest gain is to understand the word "tolerance". I dare not and can't talk nonsense about my Buddhist compassion, because that kind of compassion must be tasted all over the world before it can be mentioned. However, every time I get hurt and slandered, I will frown and gnash my teeth, and I feel a little sad. I feel sorry for myself and for the people who hurt me.

We gradually understand that the complexity and twists and turns of life are far beyond imagination, just as the richness and delicacy of emotions are far beyond our control. Therefore, put away the habit of making comments and conclusions easily and be kind to people and things around you. Compassion is far more important than understanding.

Twist a smiling flower, think about the change of the world, and finally win or lose; The tide rises and falls day and night, and wealth cannot last long. This morning looks older than last night; Put a word between your eyebrows and look at a scene in the world. Who can't taste the joys and sorrows? Things have changed, and grievances are hard to calculate. We should forget yesterday today.

Second, I am compassionate.

Kindness: give happiness to all beings with love;

Sorrow: relieve the suffering of all beings with compassion;

Compassion: saving people from suffering.

Buddha is Sanskrit, which translates into awareness and omniscience.

I am compassionate, which means that when I know everything and the ins and outs of the world like the back of my hand, I will instinctively be compassionate.

After compassion, it is naturally very happy to give everything.

It is the Buddha's "compassion and joy" four boundless hearts.

My Buddha compassion is also my heart compassion.

The nature of all beings is Buddhism, full of compassion and wisdom.

Because all beings are confused and upside down, their own karma hinders the brilliance of Buddhism. If all beings can show Buddha's nature and great compassion through practice, that is my Buddha's compassion.

In order to get rid of the pain and troubles of life, the Buddha fled from the palace to the depths of the forest.

Originally speaking, the Buddha did not leave home to practice for his own pain and troubles, but practiced to relieve the pain and troubles of others and all beings.

So why am I merciful?

This means saying its last sentence, "All beings suffer". All living beings have all kinds of sufferings, which are hard to get rid of. Among them, all beings are born, sick, dead, unattainable, and love is full of eight hardships from the five yin.

Only an enlightened person can understand that all beings (including themselves) live in this world, but they are just having fun in suffering and their dreams are shattered in an instant.

Few people can really get rid of these eight kinds of sufferings, so I am merciful and save all beings. Then you must be asking why there is so much suffering in the world, and when can you get rid of it?

Buddha has a destiny, what is destiny, destiny is willing to work hard. Buddha worked hard for many years to get rid of it, so we ordinary people naturally have to work hard.

Only by doing good can we be free. "Everything is like a dream, like dew, like electricity. Look at it this way."

Three, there are three thousand weak waters, so grab a ladle and drink it.

Drugs are neither noble nor cheap, and the symptoms are the main ones. All living beings have different diseases, and no one method can cure all diseases. Faith is the mother of virtue, and confident practice is the appropriate practice. The premise is Buddhism.

The Buddha asked a man under the bodhi tree: in the eyes of the secular, you are rich and powerful, and have a good wife and mother. Why are you unhappy?

The man replied, because of this, I don't know how to choose.

The Buddha smiled and said, let me tell you a story.

One day, a tourist was dying of thirst. The Buddha took pity on him and put a lake in front of him, but he didn't get a drop of water. The Buddha was curious and asked why.

Answer: there are many lakes, and the stomach is so small. Since you can't drink it all at once, you might as well not drink it at all.

The Buddha smiled brightly and said to the unhappy people, "Remember, you may encounter many beautiful things in your life, but it is enough to grasp one of them with your heart." Weak water is 3 thousand, just take a ladle to drink. "

There are not many things that people really need to live. No matter how rich a person is, he will only make someone a wedding dress, a corner, a bed, three meals a day, a book and a confidant, which should make us feel particularly happy.

Life is so short that when we really wake up from the crazy and tired acquisition, we find that the good years have passed away from us.

Life is a kind of fate. Sometimes you may never get what you deliberately pursue, but the glory you didn't expect will come unexpectedly in your indifference. ...

There are three realms in life-seeing mountains is mountains and seeing water is water; Seeing mountains is not mountains, and seeing water is not water; See mountains or mountains, see water or water.

A person's life is pure at first, and everything is fresh when he meets the world for the first time. When people told him it was a mountain, he knew it. When he told him it was water, he knew it was water.

As we grow older and experience more and more things, we will naturally find problems in this world.

The problems in this world are more and more complicated. Often black and white are reversed, right and wrong are confused, and the world is unreasonably "walked around", and it is unreasonable to move. Good people are not rewarded, but evil people are in trouble for a thousand years. Entering this stage, the mood is passionate, uneven, anxious, suspicious, alert and complicated.

People don't want to believe anything easily. At this time, people looked at the mountains with emotion, sighed at the water, satirized the present through the ancient times, and criticized mulberry. Mountains are no longer pure mountains, and water is no longer pure water.

Everything is the carrier of people's subjective will, and the so-called good wind, with its power, sent me to Qingyun.

If you stay at this stage of your life, you will suffer in this life. People will hope that this mountain is still higher than that one, keep climbing, strive for strength and competitiveness, compare with others, how to be a man, how to live, rack one's brains, count everything and never be satisfied.

Many people reach the end of their lives when they reach the second realm. Pursue all my life, toil all my life, be arrogant all my life, and finally find that I have not reached my ideal, so I regret it all my life.

However, some people finally promoted themselves to the third realm of life through their sincere cultivation. Enlighten and return to nature.

At this time, people will concentrate on doing what they should do and leave others alone.

Let the world of mortals roll, there will be a cool breeze and a bright moon. In the face of worldly things, laugh it off and forget it.

At this time, people look at the mountains and the water.

People are people, you don't have to be human. The world is the world, there is no need to be careful; It is also real life and life.
