Give up being a nurse and want to start a business as a boss. Can you give me some advice?

I am a post-80s nurse and a beautiful angels in white. I have worked in the provincial hospital for nearly seven years. Seven years passed quickly. Some students are going to be head nurses, and some are taking the postgraduate entrance examination. I just live a mediocre life, and I'm not satisfied with the status quo. From the day I first started working, I had a dream in my heart. I want to start a business and be a boss. As for me, I am a competitive person. I want to do it many times. But my parents are extremely opposed, including my husband, who is a civil servant. They all think this is an iron rice bowl and can't give up. I gave birth to a lovely son last year, and now I want to go out and start a business. Sometimes I wonder if this will tie them up.
