(3) Ranking of scores

The second category is deputy county-level non-leadership positions, which are applicable to demobilized cadres who have served in the league for the minimum period of time, but do not have the policy conditions of the first category.

The third category is to specify the placement unit or post, which is suitable for cadres who are transferred from the army to the deputy regiment level or below the battalion level. Those who have not reached the minimum service life and have one of the first four conditions in the first paragraph of this article shall be resettled with reference to the second category of applicable objects, and others shall be resettled with reference to the third category of applicable objects.

Article 6 The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee takes the lead in the resettlement of demobilized cadres at the regimental level. The Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee shall, jointly with the Municipal Commission Office, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other relevant departments, make overall consideration of the construction of the city's leading bodies and cadres, and put forward the post (unit) placement plan by classification.

Seventh Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau takes the lead in the resettlement of demobilized cadres below the battalion level. The placement of demobilized cadres below the post of the municipal unit shall be formulated by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Office; The resettlement posts for demobilized military cadres below the battalion level in Furong District, Tianxin District, Yuelu District, Kaifu District and Yuhua District shall be formulated according to procedures and reported on time by each district according to the number and requirements of resettlement tasks issued by the municipal leading group for demobilized military cadres, and shall be handled by the Organization Department of the Business District Committee of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the district editorial office.

Article 8 The resettlement plan for demobilized military cadres at or below the regimental level shall be summarized by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau respectively, reported to the Municipal Leading Group for Resettlement of Demobilized Military Cadres for study, and submitted to the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee for examination and approval. The approved resettlement plan for demobilized military cadres shall be announced by the undertaking department at the designated place or the corresponding website in due course.

Chapter III Examination

Article 9 The assessment of demobilized cadres shall be organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the Provincial Military Region Demobilization Office, the Provincial Armed Police Corps Demobilization Office and the Provincial Public Security Department Demobilization Office (hereinafter referred to as the Demobilization Office). Article 10 The object of assessment is demobilized military cadres who were included in Changsha's plan for demobilized military cadres and handed over their files on time.

The assessment content includes the rank, length of military service, position, rewards and punishments of demobilized military cadres. The evaluation is mainly based on consulting the existing files of demobilized military cadres, supplemented by investigation and verification.

Eleventh assessment objects are demobilized cadres below the battalion level who are included in the resettlement scope of Changsha planned distribution of demobilized cadres in that year and handed over the files on time.

The examination subject is the professional aptitude test, which measures the basic qualities and abilities of candidates related to public administration. The content mainly includes national conditions, politics, economy, culture, law, science and technology, data analysis and writing. The examination does not specify teaching materials, and takes the form of closed-book written examination. The written examination organization shall be implemented with reference to the "Measures for the Organization of Written Examination of Provincial Civil Servants". Participants in the examination must consciously abide by the examination discipline. Those who violate the rules and regulations will be disqualified once they are verified.

The examination registration work is organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the negotiation army is transferred to the specific contractor. Chapter IV Scoring and Sorting

Eighteenth specific job selection methods and requirements:

(2) Military judges, prosecutors and demobilized cadres who have obtained the national legal professional qualification certificate shall be assigned to work in the positions of judges and prosecutors or judicial auxiliary or judicial administrative posts according to their examination results and their own wishes and in accordance with relevant regulations.

Nineteenth demobilized military cadres must participate in the selection of posts (units) within the specified time and according to the specified procedures. They can only choose once, and once they are selected, they cannot be changed. After selecting a post (unit), the resettlement undertaking department, the discipline inspection and supervision institution, the demobilized military cadres and the demobilized military cadres shall sign in writing to confirm the selected results of the post (unit). Chapter VI Organizational Discipline

Article 22 For demobilized cadres who refuse to report for duty without justifiable reasons and are once again included in the resettlement plan, their total scores are calculated according to 80% of the assessment results of the year, and cadres below the battalion level are only included in the assessment results.

Twenty-third to participate in the assessment and scoring materials must be true. If fraud is found, the undertaking department will deal with it seriously with the former demobilized military cadres.

Twenty-fourth in violation of the provisions of these measures, in the resettlement work of illegal, fraud, bribery units and individuals, will be investigated according to the seriousness of the case.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
