Tell me, what is your first impression of snails? Do you eat it often?

The first time I remember eating snails was at my grandma’s house, when my aunt came to visit us. When it was time for lunch, my aunt brought out a pot of homemade snails from the kitchen and let us try the taste. It is bright red in color and has condiments such as chili, cinnamon, and garlic. I put one to my mouth and sucked it, maybe I didn't use enough force. After trying a few, I slowly figured out how to suck the meat into my mouth accurately and quickly.
