What should I do if I am wronged by my boss?

Don’t contradict your boss if you are criticized.

Some time ago, I brought one person from each of the three units and three people from *** to help with the work. I will lead the team. As a result, something happened to one of them, and I was jointly and severally liable. I felt very wronged at the time. I took three people with me and went out to help with the work. After arriving at the unit where they were helping, the three people dispersed again. And I was not originally from the same company as these three people. I did not know these three people thoroughly, and there was no affiliation relationship with them originally. When they arrived at the work unit where they were helping, they dispersed. As a team leader, I really have a false name and no way to start. Something went wrong and I was jointly and severally liable.

When I was helping the unit where I was working, I was criticized, but I accepted it. After all, these three people and I belonged to the same unit, and it was originally arranged for me to lead the team.

But after the task was completed, when I returned to my original unit, my boss, who knew the situation, still beat me and blamed me for not completing my work well. The grievance I felt in my heart made me want to pour it out all at once and refute my boss's statement.

But think again. The matter is over, even if the leader criticizes me a few words now, he just reminds me, there is nothing to punish, but he is helping me. Furthermore, leading a team is responsible for helping. Although management is difficult, it is not completely impossible. After all, I lack the awareness to take the initiative. This criticism is not unjust at all.

When I criticized my subordinates last time, sometimes it was because I felt aggrieved last time and just wanted to find someone to talk to.
