When HR asks you about your plans for the next three to five years in the interview, how should you answer?

Through the comparison between myself and my post, I can have a relatively complete set of rhetoric. The answer is probably this: In the next three to five years, I hope I can achieve XX level in this industry and get a stable promotion. Now I have the advantage of XX in XX post, but I lack it in XX post. This will be the place I need to learn and improve in the later stage, and finally I can be independent in XX post and serve the company better.
