The work of grade one is trivial and needs more care and patience. When freshmen first enter school, they can't live without students every day. Because of the large school area, many students, and the first-grade children are the disadvantaged groups in the school, they are both curious and unfamiliar with the life in primary school. So the next short-term goal is to educate their behavior habits. Starting from daily life, from sitting posture and standing posture to how to go up and down stairs, how to stand, from holding a pen to writing, from the initial immature answer to "yes" and "right" to guiding them to say words and complete short sentences, we should pay attention to training while imparting knowledge bit by bit. At the same time, we should also give psychological education to children, so that they can psychologically imply that they have grown up and are already primary school students in grade one, and they will no longer follow their inclinations like kindergartens, and then be strict with themselves in their actions.

? If children's classroom habits are improving day by day, the most headache for me is the hygiene of the class. Twenty-eight children, all of whom are little emperors, are really loved by their parents. Therefore, in collective life, the problem of children's self-care is highlighted. I found that some children can't sweep the floor at all, so three days before school, I cleaned the classroom with my children, demonstrated and guided them to clean, clean the blackboard, set the table, set the stool, sweep the floor and sprinkle water. So, after a week, the children have been able to clean the classroom well. For two weeks, they no longer need the teacher's reminder, remember their duty and do it consciously. Children in grade one are small and have poor self-discipline. In order to let the teachers have a good class and not delay the class time, I set up five breaks: 1. Change books. 2. Set the table. 3. put the chair. 4. Pick up garbage. Please be quiet so that the students can get ready before class.

? Finally, I think safety is an eternal topic. Children in grade one are the disadvantaged group in school. Every child is the darling of his parents. They are particularly worried about the safety of their children who have just entered primary school, afraid of being bullied, afraid of losing textbooks or things, and afraid of falling down while playing. Therefore, in terms of children's safety education, I also keep telling them to pay attention to safety after class and not to run around. Every class meeting, including peacetime, I will constantly emphasize my concern for the safety of children.
