The difference between square pigeons and carrier pigeons

Square pigeon is a kind of ornamental pigeon, which is widely kept in schools, parks, squares and other public places. Square pigeons are different from carrier pigeons. They are stupid but friendly pigeons.

Carrier pigeons are characterized by wearing anklets. Some homing pigeons don't wear anklets or have no time to wear them. Other pigeons also wear anklets, but generally speaking, carrier pigeons wear more anklets. Pigeons in the square mainly eat cereals and beans, including sorghum, corn, wheat and rice, as well as peas, mung beans, red beans and hemp seeds. In addition, it is supplemented by pellet feed. Pigeons in the square are fed with grain and granular materials once a day, from 9: 00 am to10 and from 4: 00 pm to 5: 00 pm. A square pigeon eats about 0.8- 1 feed every day. In order to improve the nutritional level of feed during incubation, the crude protein content should be between 18%-20%, so that pigeons can get enough nutrition and prepare pigeon milk for the birth of young pigeons.
