On Monday, the Chinese teacher told us that the school would hold a classic reading contest on Friday, and the time was tight. These days, our class will concentrate on rehearsing programs. The students cheered and I was very excited.

On Tuesday morning, the teacher wanted to choose eight students to dance, and my heart thumped. I have participated in dance classes, if only the teacher could choose me! Many students raised their hands high, and some even shouted, "Teacher, teacher, me!" " ! Me! "But I dare not raise my hand and dare not shout. I just stared at the teacher, and my heart was full of expectations. The teacher glanced at the students and named them: "Ruolan, Zhang" ... "I didn't expect that the first person the teacher called was me. I was ecstatic. My deskmate said that my eyes lit up and I blushed like a red scarf. Hey, is this because I'm so happy?

In the third class, the teacher called eight of our classmates to an empty classroom and began to teach us dance movements. The action is not difficult, but the teacher says it is not easy to do it well. Some actions need to be done sitting on the ground, because the ground is dirty, so we all squat there. But the teacher said that squatting can't see the effect and you have to sit down. After that, the teacher did not hesitate to sit on the ground and make a demonstration. Seeing the teacher spell so hard, we sat on the ground and began to practice without saying anything. In this way, the teacher patiently taught one action after another, and we worked hard to learn one action after another. After practicing for two days, my arms and legs hurt, but we kept on, and no one said that they were tired.

When we performed the program on Friday morning, we all did our best and won warm applause from the audience. After the performance, the teacher praised our good performance. My heart is as sweet as honey.

This activity made me understand that only by persisting and not being afraid of hardships can we achieve good results.
