Is it just an expression for a man to say "I love you"?

Several male friends once told me that men nowadays always play when they are in love. They say men don't care until they get married. If they can play more than one, they may not cherish the person who really loves them in front of them. For them, falling in love is just fun. Maybe it's easy for them to say I love you, as long as it makes each other happy. Maybe it's not like this at all. When a man pursues you, he will be obedient and good to you.
