Method of frying peanuts with shells

Ingredients: dried peanuts with shells, edible salt, pot, tin shovel and colander.

1. Prepare raw peanuts and dried peanuts with shells and salt. This bowl of salt is a special salt for fried peanuts, and it is an ordinary edible salt. It will change color after repeated use.

2. Pour the salt into the iron pot, turn on the high fire (medium and low fire), fry the salt for about 1 min, and fry the salt until it is cooked.

3. Stir-fry raw peanuts and salt in the shell. This process must be kept rotating, so that the peanuts are evenly heated and fried for about 20 minutes. When the peanuts keep popping, turn off the fire and turn over for half a minute. Let the peanuts stay in the pot for 5 minutes.
