Everyone knows that "anger" is one of the five poisons of Buddhism, and it is a negative energy that needs to be removed through hard training. But the most important thing in learning Buddhism is sincerity, and camouflage and flattery are also taboos in learning Buddhism. For example, in Vimalakīrti's classics, there is an enlightenment that "the straight heart is the Dojo, and there is no empty reason".

Then the problem is coming. For those disciples who have a generous (straightforward) temper, honesty and frankness are a bit of a dilemma-I gave a warning according to my temper, and it became false to cover up and distort my personality. What should I do?

One of the top ten honorifics of Buddha is "Great Pharmacist", which has a good medicine for all problems in the world, and this time is no exception.

In fact, there is a misunderstanding that anger is anger, but it is not. What we usually think of as "anger" in Buddhism is divided into four grades, from low to high, namely, hell species, burning forest, Asura and the roar of lions.

Zi Zou will introduce them one by one, and all disciples can see which one it is.

In particular, this article is Zi Zou's own enlightenment experience in recent years, which can be understood as a tantric mantra. It is really useful, because I used to have a bad temper, so I don't know how much I have suffered and how many bad karma I have created.

To tell the truth, I was a little reluctant to share it at that time, because it was all my hard work over the years-I can't say that it was all my blood experience after stepping on mines again and again, but since I am eager to learn Buddhism, I still can't be stingy. I just hope that the predestined disciples must cherish it, so I think it is hard to come by.

The lowest and most disgusting evil, the seed of hell

This lowest level of anger, which is commonly understood as anger, is completely evil caused by nausea.

There are too many such examples. Many criminals who break the law are like this. For their own self-interest, they are always swearing, hitting people, and even hurting people and killing people. This kind of behavior no longer needs Buddhism to judge. Secular laws will give severe punishment. There's nothing to say about customs and killing.

This is especially true for those unscrupulous people, even for children, women and the elderly, such as those who abuse babies and kill the elderly. It can only be said that previous lives were animals or hell, and I don't know what karma was transferred to a person, but I didn't transform human nature!

Buddhism is what goes around comes around, retribution and anger are the worst of the three evil ways of hell, and those who have no humanity may only go to endless hell, that is, the eighteen layers of hell we often say to suffer for tens of thousands of years.

There is no excuse for this anger. If any disciple has even had similar evil thoughts in his heart, please repent deeply and don't find any reason to excuse yourself.

Second-the thought of anger makes Kutokuhayashi angry.

This situation is actually very similar to what we said above.

Including Zi Zou himself, he was also of this type when he was young, especially in the years when the army just changed jobs. He is simply a moving powder keg, hitting his head in a harsh society.

So I am familiar with this situation, and I know that being angry doesn't mean being bad. It's just that sometimes when faced with some unpleasant or petty evils, I can't control myself immediately and want a fierce response, but most of the time it's adding fuel to the fire and things are getting worse.

Disciples might as well ask themselves, is it the same? You think you are, you are Lu, and you can promote good and punish evil with a loud roar. You can still be a hero, but in reality it is often a chicken feather. No one thanked you for not saying it, and you have to pay some price yourself.

Buddhism has a special exhortation to this-once you think of anger, 80 thousand barriers will be opened. Anger is a fire in your heart that can burn Kutokuhayashi.

The meaning is very simple, that is, you were a good person, did good deeds, even practiced, and accumulated some merits and blessings, but you didn't control your anger for a while, which meant that everything was gone.

So now I look back on my youthful and frivolous past, and I feel a cold sweat every time. I regret not getting in touch with Buddhism earlier, but there is nothing I can do. At that time, my sins were not exhausted, and my fate had not yet arrived.

I hope that disciples in similar situations will take this as a warning-in fact, you can read the red dust article, which shows that your fortune is deeper than mine. If someone had advised me, I could have taken fewer detours.

Go up again-no evil thoughts, Asura, the world is safe when you are angry.

Further up, it is Asura.

In fact, the secular world has always misunderstood Asura as an evil god. Some people even think that Ashura Road ranks below our "human way". In other words, being a man is more difficult and great than being a Asura person.

I don't know what to say about such ignorant behavior. In fact, Asura is also a kind of god, and his magical power is not even under heaven and man. For example, King asura often fights with Indra, the heavenly king who wants to live on earth (that is, the Jade Emperor of Taoism), while human beings only worship.

Although Asura has a hot temper, there is not a trace of evil thoughts, that is, sex is like fire, and there is no room for any evil, not because of his own self-interest, otherwise he would have gone to hell.

Therefore, Asura is much better than us. Only those heroes who really hate evil, uphold justice for others and have a hot temper are eligible to enter Ashura Road, such as Lu, for example, Yi, and the host who always likes to speak for the weak and contradict the superior.

Please don't look down on Asura, and don't overestimate your ability. Asura is angry and the world is safe. Can you do it?

So this level of anger is the so-called innocent anger, and so are the protectors such as the Four Heavenly Kings. Most of us can't do this.

The highest straight heart is the Dojo, and the Tathagata also makes a lion roar.

After Asura, let's talk about the highest level of anger, which is the "straight heart" mentioned earlier.

To tell the truth, this kind of anger is at least the level of more than eight great bodhisattvas. They are angry not only without any malice, but to alert the world, interrupt the false heart and help others to be enlightened.

This is the so-called "lion roar", just like the mount of Manjusri Bodhisattva, which represents the supreme wisdom of Prajna. A roar can split the heretical mind of evil spirits, and also cut off the delusion of practitioners and prevent them from being possessed.

Therefore, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas such as Manjushri Guanyin are all taught by karma, and most of them are merciful. But some disciples have gone into evil spirits, and they can't wake up without shouting. At this time, they must be strict.

These are familiar to everyone. For example, the famous Zen Buddhism "De Shan Bang, Pro Ji Drink" can even enlighten disciples directly, and some teachers and parents criticize and even severely punish them, but if you are sensible, you will not only be angry but also grateful, which is a bit like "lion roar".

Objectively speaking, the honest and frank situation we usually talk about is actually the level of burning Kutokuhayashi. Don't flatter yourself, say I mean no harm, or even say I want to help others. It's just that you can't control your temper and make excuses for yourself.

In fact, this standard is also very simple, that is, if you are calm when you are angry, you just feel that it is wrong and even have compassion for each other. This is innocent anger, but if your blood pressure rises and your eyes are angry, it is evil thoughts and anger.

So I hope you can reflect on yourself, especially the disciples who were angry and didn't feel poisoned. At the same time, I hope everyone can correct this bad habit and make their hearts peaceful and clean, and then you will find that the whole world is also beautiful.
