What are the real identities of Nanwu University and Yihe University in "The Secret Can't Be Hidden"?

Nanwu University and Yihe University are the names of fictional universities in the novel. Duan Jiaxu is the male protagonist of the novel and Sang Zhi’s favorite since junior high school. In the novel, Sang Zhi’s dream during the college entrance examination year was to be admitted to Yihe University and to date Duan Jiaxu. In the end, both dreams came true.

Description of the novel:

There are two boys in Nanwu University, one is gentle and careful, the other is arrogant. There are two girls at Yihe University, one is pure, kind and affectionate, the other is as beautiful and sensitive as frost.

The boys at Nanwu University are: Duan Jiaxu, Sang Yan, and the girls at Yihe University are Sang Zhi and Wen Yifan.

Among them, Duan Jiaxu and Sang Zhi are a couple, and Sang Yan and Wen Yifan are a couple.
