In a warm and harmonious atmosphere, I gave Zou Lao (with Zou Lao's inscription) a collection of poems that I planned and edited myself. Accompanied by Mr. Han Fuzhong, we had a cup of tea and exchanged it until about 4: 20 pm. During this period, Zou Lao left me four calligraphy works he created recently, and talked about his personal experience over the years, which was full of touching feelings ... He talked about his understanding of China's calligraphy art from the aspects of brushwork, brushwork and composition, and especially introduced his original golden spike seal and phoenix seal, many of which were novel and unique, and deserved to be called "the wonder of the art world".

In the evening, Zou Lao, accompanied by two painters, Han Fuzhong and Bian Chongsen, had dinner at Pinxiang Garden in Zhongbu Town. Combined with his years of experience, he told the students that "China's calligraphy is unique, and practicing calligraphy should start from the foundation". At the same time, the basic essentials of calligraphy are expounded, and writing with pen and ink on the spot has received good results. During this period, after I learned about Ning Zhiyao's self-taught deeds, I interviewed him specially, and gave a comprehensive introduction to Mr. Ning's painting and calligraphy art with the title of "Painting and Calligraphy Life", which was published in Shandong News Network, Space Tabloid and other media. Since then, we have kept in touch and forged a profound friendship. When I learned that Mr. Ning had his own painting and calligraphy studio in Zibo Ceramic Science and Technology City, and often started classes to teach calligraphy culture, I congratulated him on his achievements.
