Computer has become an indispensable basic office supplies in our daily work, and plays an irreplaceable role in drawing tables, writing documents, consulting information and inputting data. Because the service life is too long, some computers are prone to overheating, black screen, crash and other phenomena, so it is a good thing for the unit to standardize some computers with too long service life. Faced with the phenomenon that both the company and internal colleagues want to use new computers, I think this is human nature. Specifically, I will handle it properly according to the following steps, rather than taking people as the center.

First of all, I will make a registration form for the use of office computers in advance. Specific items in the table include user information, computer activation time, current usage description, etc. , and make a detailed investigation of the computers being used by the unit, so as to find some bad old computers with long service life and serious problems in time.

Secondly, according to the specific situation registered in the form, I will take the technical personnel of the unit to conduct on-site inspection on the computers that reflect the problems one by one to verify whether the situation reflected by my colleagues is true. I will immediately replace those that are found to be unusable after inspection. For those problems found after inspection, but not serious enough to be completely unusable, I will arrange technicians to make problem statistics, and carry out timely and effective maintenance afterwards, such as reinstalling the system, cleaning the chassis, installing larger memory chips, etc.

Thirdly, afterwards, I will also pay close attention to my colleagues' emotional changes about changing computers, and suggest and remind colleagues who have received new computers to cherish office materials more in the future, and also give them to colleagues who have not received new computers.
