Can you elaborate on the new regulations on refund fees?

Refund fee will not be charged if the ticket is refunded more than 0/5 days (excluding) before driving. Refund fee of 5% of the fare will be charged if the ticket is refunded more than 48 hours before the station; If it is more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours before driving, a refund fee of 10% of the fare will be charged when the ticket is refunded; If it is less than 24 hours before driving, a refund fee of 20% of the fare will be charged when the ticket is refunded.
