Squirrel is a beautiful little animal, which is very lovable. It has flexible limbs and moves quickly. It has a pair of sparkling eyes embedded in its little face. Its taupe hair is as smooth as oil. Its big furry tail is always upturned, which looks very nice.

Squirrels like to live in tall old trees and often put their nests in the middle of tree forks. After the nest is built, they add a cover to cover the whole nest, so that they are not afraid of the wind and rain. They live in it with their children, which is warm and safe.

Squirrels often eat pine nuts, hazelnuts and oak chestnuts, and sometimes they eat bird eggs. When they eat, they often sit upright on the branches, hold the branches with their front paws and send them to their mouths. In autumn, squirrels store winter food and stuff it into cracks in old trees. In winter, they sometimes pry open the thick snow with their claws and look for food under the snow.
