II. Responsibility of Party B

1. Party B shall earnestly implement the laws and policies related to safety in production, such as People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on Safety in Production, Regulations on Safety in Production of Construction Projects, Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety, and Regulations on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety.

2. Party B shall establish and improve the safety production system, establish the responsibility system with the legal representative as the first responsible person, improve emergency rescue measures, ensure safe construction, and ensure that the organization is guaranteed, the tasks are required, the work is inspected, and preventive measures are taken.

3. Clear the responsibility for production safety of muck transportation, and sign the responsibility letter for safe and civilized construction with the project leader.

4. Before construction, we should go to the muck office in our district according to the documents [20 13]5 and [20 13] 16, handle the approval documents of construction muck and the transportation route signs of construction muck and gravel in time, strictly use the qualified vehicles of muck transportation enterprises (fleets) in the catalogue of control platform, and install GPS and driving recorder as required.

6. 7. 8. Party B shall not commit any of the following acts during the construction of muck transportation: drivers driving without a license, fatigue driving, drunk driving, overloading, speeding and illegally carrying passengers; Sediment transport vehicles do not follow the prescribed route, the speed is uneven, fast and slow, and the load is missed; Motor vehicles and wheeled machinery running on social roads and highways do not conform to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China; When driving on the road at the construction site, do not comply with the management regulations of traffic signs such as speed limit at the site; On-site road laying does not meet the relevant requirements.

9. Actively cooperate with the supervision, inspection and guidance of relevant departments.
