Talking about resettlement

As a farmer, I also want to express my views on this issue.

With the continuous development of economic level, the continuous improvement of productivity and the popularization of agricultural mechanization modernization, it is decided that the rural areas will take the road of urbanization in the future, and the planting land will be concentrated in a few people, and there will be fewer and fewer farmers in the real sense. Then this question is crucial. Who does this land belong to?

According to the development in recent years and the phenomena around us, after some villages were expropriated, high-rise buildings and highways and other infrastructure were built on the expropriated land. In other words, after giving some money to farmers, these lands are completely separated from farmers, and even the use of land has changed. In this case, the land was nationalized, and farmers were completely separated from the land, so they could only earn money by working.

Of course, this is only part of the phenomenon. It is impossible to go to Gai Lou without restrictions. Most of the land should still be used for planting crops and agricultural production, such as contracting the land to others. Although many farmers no longer farm land, the ownership of the land still belongs to them, and farmers can get part of the rent. I think this is an ideal state. Don't think that you can get a lot of money by giving the land to others at one time. I think it is short-sighted to give up the ownership of land, because when the ownership of land is concentrated in the hands of a few people, the land will continue to increase in value, so don't be confused for immediate interests.

Last year, we issued a land certificate to every villager here. Some people may think that land is the most important. In fact, I think this land ownership certificate is also very important, because when you have the land ownership certificate, you really have the ownership of the land, although we still can't see its value.

In the future, the countryside is also changing. In some places, farmers' houses also have certificates. With this certificate, it also means that others can't forcibly occupy your property. For people with fewer people and more houses, it is also a restriction. You can't always let rich people buy houses and build houses, and people without money are crowded into a small space. I hope this card can be implemented in our village soon.

As long as these two certificates are in the hands of farmers, they are not afraid of being occupied. Farmers can also rent their land to people who love and know how to grow, so as to improve the land utilization rate.

I want to say more about this problem. Rural land is divided into contracted land, private plots and collective land. Now we all have the land certificate of the contracted land, which is known to every farmer in the private plot, but there is little supervision over the collective land, and many villagers don't know it. Therefore, I think collective land should be made public, which is also a part of villagers' income and cannot flow into personal pockets. In other words, villagers also participate in collectively owned land.
