Cultivation steps

If the leaves are too lush, the proportion of nitrogen fertilizer should be reduced, and more pruning phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be applied before flowering to obtain bigger and more beautiful flowers.

Flowering period management: cornflower can naturally send out side branches, and more side branches make the flowers smaller. If necessary, you can pick some side buds and leave only smaller branches, so that you can get larger flowers. Centaurea is a diurnal plant with short sunshine time in winter. If you use plant lights to supplement lighting at night, you can bloom ahead of time.
