I can't stand it any longer.

In real life, when we are about to lose our temper, it is often when we feel that we can't stand it. At this time, generally speaking, we have begun to blush, that is, our reason is about to lose. At this time, it is often irrational to deal with problems, and it depends entirely on our impulsive sensibility to influence our behavior, so this time is a very dangerous time.

This time is also the time to see if we have kung fu. If kung fu is in place, we won't lose control. Therefore, people who will do something wrong at this time are often people who have no kung fu or poor kung fu. It can be said that with the depth of your kung fu, the degree of your patience is different. In other words, the degree of patience determines the quality of your life.

Because I can't help it, I often do irrational things, let what I have done go down the drain, and even regret it for life. As far as we practitioners are concerned, we can't bear it at this time, and we can't bear it when we die. Therefore, endurance training is not only a question of our ability to deal with immediate things, but also a question of whether we can live and die.

Some time ago, I wrote a diary, "Acceptance is divided into dharma circles", and talked about the problem that our endurance determines our quality of life. The stronger our endurance or the deeper our kung fu, the higher our quality of life. Accordingly, the higher the legal level we are in. When our endurance is the highest, we will live in a Buddha-like paradise. On the other hand, if we don't have kung fu, our endurance is extremely poor. When we have no endurance at all, we are living in hell.

So you know, our endurance determines the quality of our life. If we want to live a better life, we must exercise our endurance. It is easy to say endurance, but how many people can maintain good endurance in front of the realm? So this requires us to exercise endurance, practice kung fu and do kung fu.

We know how many things we cannot tolerate or accept 24 hours a day. So know how you deviate from consciousness. There are so many things in life that are unbearable or unacceptable, not to mention such major events as life and death. So, we began to discuss accepting such a big event as life and death, and really don't know where it is.

Therefore, it is not easy to accept life and death, even everything in real life. When we have a colorful shell, we can't get rid of it completely. It is clearly stated in the Buddhist scriptures that the color shell is actually one of our greatest pains, because the color body is our greed. This color body has great limitations. For example, taking tea as an example, Chata is too hot to drink and too cold to drink.

However, we can try our best to accept it, because only by accepting everything can we get rid of it. What if Chata burns it? Drink slowly. By the same token, in daily life, the weather is cold and warm, the food is good or bad, and the pros and cons are bitter and happy. This is called ridicule and destruction. This is called "nothing to do with the world, life and death nirvana and other empty flowers." The more you accept, the less opposition and conflict there will be.

Someone will say it again, which is so easy to accept? How to accept bad things when you meet bad people? How can others swallow this tone when they deliberately oppose themselves? In fact, this is our endless delusion of parting. Because we often look at all people and things driven by greed, it is easy to fall into the binary opposition between me and others, between me and society, and between me and the world, which leads to all-round conflicts in life, work, family and other fields and brings endless troubles.

It can be said that the more people he can accept, the more relieved he will be. The more you can tolerate or not accept, the more painful your life will be. From the Buddhist legal circle, this means that the less you accept it, the more serious it will be, and the most serious will go to hell. The more you can accept it, the more liberated you will be. Accept everything, and you will become Maitreya and Buddha.

So when you can't stand it, you have to endure it again. If you can't stand it, you need to practice kung fu. This effort should be made in one go, so that we can accept everything until we can accept and tolerate everything. Only in this way can we hope to be liberated, become a Buddha, improve our quality of life and achieve something in practice, and ...
