But after several years of study, I got a better understanding of Tai Ji Chuan, made great progress in technology, changed my mental state and physical condition, and initially realized the mystery of Tai Ji Chuan. Let me talk about my own experience in learning and practicing Tai Ji Chuan:

1, learn a style, practice a style, and you will get results without practicing a style.

At first, I studied Tai Ji Chuan with the mentality of giving it a try, but I feel that since I have learned it, I should study and practice it seriously. Busy at work, I have a sore back and a sore neck when I come home from work all day. I can't stand up when I sit down. But Tai Ji Chuan, who has been practicing for three months, came home from work all day, and her back and neck didn't hurt (at that time, she only practiced preparatory exercises, so she relaxed if she was interested). To tell the truth, I still have some doubts about whether this has something to do with practicing Tai Ji Chuan, and whether it is a psychological effect. But later, the appearance of some effects made me fully believe its authenticity, which was really the effect of Tai Ji Chuan. After three weeks, the sleep quality improved. I always feel sleepy and uncomfortable when I get up in the morning. After practicing for a while, I will wake up in the morning feeling sober, relaxed and sleepy. Later, there were many effects, so I won't say much ... In short, the mental state of the whole person has changed a lot now, which is the effect that everyone around me has seen. I am in good health and in a good mood, which is what I really experienced.

2. Combination of learning and application, focusing on practice.

How to learn? In addition to group study every morning, I also watch CDs every day, and watch and imitate them carefully and repeatedly. Only in this way can we avoid detours and see the effect quickly. In the future practice, you will get some experience with the growth of your skills. We should actually practice. Without practice, you won't have your own experience. My experience is that finding problems, learning from teachers and boxers, correcting actions, and entering the practice state have good results, which require repeated learning and uninterrupted practice.

3. Practice both boxing and kungfu, and practice at different levels.

First of all, we should learn to use VCD discs and know the contents clearly. Some people don't know much about how to learn by CD-ROM, and they don't know much about Tai Ji Chuan's learning methods. I only know that the CD is a demonstration of martial arts. I heard the teacher say that boxing and kung fu should be practiced, but Tai Chi gymnastics can't be practiced. Well, after we get the CD, we have to read it all from beginning to end, and then practice it together, which will not achieve the expected effect. The study of internal skills is hierarchical and can't go beyond practice. It can let you know Tai Ji Chuan's learning methods, characteristics, problems that should be paid attention to, the purpose of learning, the relationship between learning and practice, etc ... These contents can make our study on the right track as soon as possible and avoid detours.

4. Make things easy to learn.

I feel that the teacher's teaching methods and constant communication with boxers for a long time are particularly good. It is precisely for this reason that I, a person who knows nothing about Tai Ji Chuan, can achieve such good results in such a short time. When I first started practicing, I couldn't concentrate on myself. The slightest movement beside me distracted me and I couldn't get into the state. But according to the practice requirements-to keep relaxed by inhaling and relaxing my arms, I was a little concerned about my left and right at first, and I couldn't stand when I breathed ... My feet and hands didn't follow, so I tried to stand as required, keep breathing normally, and relax my left arm when I exhaled for the first time. Practice step by step according to each step. Now I can basically concentrate on practicing boxing and sword, and I won't be affected by the people around me talking and walking. I am very grateful to my novice teacher for providing me with such an opportunity to exercise, and I am also very grateful to the teacher for teaching me such a good skill, which has benefited me a lot. Today's effect is beyond my expectation. I feel lucky, so I will cherish the fate created by Tai Ji Chuan and continue to study and practice.
