Chapter 1

Yesterday I saw my mother’s blog, and I suddenly made a new discovery. I always thought that the articles written by my mother must be composed of fancy language, because when she usually tutored me in composition, she always asked me to add some gorgeous rhetoric. However, now I find that all the articles written by my mother are her true feelings. The language is very simple and there are basically no particularly gorgeous words, but they are still very touching.

In the past, the teacher told us that for a good composition or diary, the vocabulary does not have to be fancy. The most important thing is to write your true feelings. After reading my mother’s blog, I once again felt that the teacher’s words made sense.

Chapter 2

Spring is here! Our family of three went for a walk in the park.

When I arrived at the park, I quickly ran to the small river and saw groups of small fish playing, swimming here and there. There are green grass growing by the river. I was surprised to find that the grass was withered and yellow. Huh? Spring is here, why is the grass turning yellow? I ran to ask my dad with questions. After hearing this, he came over with a smile and pushed away the grass with his hands. Oh, it turns out that there are tiny buds hidden in this withered grass! Like small water droplets. At this time, I cheered: "I know! I finally know!"

In the end, our family returned home happily. I really feel a sense of accomplishment today!

Chapter 3

Yesterday my mother and I played badminton at home.

I made a new discovery. I found that hitting a badminton racket with a blue net will make a "la" sound, and hitting a badminton racket with a white net will make a "mi" sound.

I thought to myself: "Why was there no sound when playing badminton outdoors in the past? I asked my mother." My mother thought for a while and said: "Because the sound is spread far away in the vast outdoors and we can't hear it. Come on, the place at home is small, so we can only hear the sound waves when they bounce off the walls."
