Positive energy in the workplace: What did your boss do to warm your heart when you were in trouble?

It was my first time to enter the workplace when I was internship in an educational institution next semester in my senior year. I was full of anxiety at first, but my boss is so kind, so I still thank her. What she has done for me is not the warmest, only warmer.

It was winter when I was an intern, and it was very cold at that time. The dormitory they provided there is air-conditioned, but it's a pity that the air conditioner in the dormitory I assigned is broken. After the boss knew it, he fixed it himself, but he didn't fix it. I thought I was going to catch a cold the first night, but I didn't expect my boss to buy me an electric heating fan and an electric mattress that night. Because it is the first day, I am not familiar with the environment. The boss treated me to a meal. I felt that the whole world was full of love.

Later, due to personal reasons, I didn't continue to work there. The boss knew and didn't say anything. The most important thing is that he didn't deduct my salary. She said that it is not easy for college students to graduate, and they will not be unpaid for a day because they have not worked for a full month. Later, we talked a lot, and she gave me a lot of career advice, which benefited me a lot. Until now, I haven't seen a better boss than her.
