Feng Ru (1883 ~ 19 12), an early outstanding aircraft designer and patriotic pilot in China, made outstanding contributions to the development of China's aviation industry and sacrificed his young life.

Feng Ru was born in a peasant family in Enping County, Guangdong Province. Because of his poor family, his four brothers died one after another. He rented a factory in San Francisco with donations raised by overseas Chinese, and hired three overseas Chinese youths as assistants to start the difficult work of aircraft design and development. He failed again and again, but he was not discouraged. For the test flight, he fell off the plane eight times without flinching, and he firmly believed that he would succeed.

Finally, after more than 1000 days and nights of hard work, on this day, Feng Ru will fly a plane designed and manufactured by himself. Many reporters wonder: Can this plane fly into the blue sky smoothly? Can it fly farther than the Wright brothers plane in America? However, what shocked the western world was that Feng Ru's plane not only flew smoothly, but also flew for more than three times as long as the Wright brothers' first test flight.
