Is Nanxun Town worth going to? Is Nanxun Town fun?
Growing up in the northeast, I have been longing for the "small bridge and flowing water family" in the textbook for a long time. After working in Shanghai, I really had the opportunity to approach these ancient towns and water towns in the south of the Yangtze River.
Wuzhen and Zhouzhuang are very famous. When I arrived in Shanghai, my colleagues and friends also recommended it. So I went to these two places for the first time. They are all good places, but tourism is over-developed and there are too many tourists. My travel experience is very average.
On a business trip, I went to Nanxun, Huzhou, Zhejiang. After my clients know that I like the ancient town of water town, they strongly recommend Nanxun Town here, saying that it is very distinctive and worth visiting. Tickets are free at night.
So I ate dinner in the evening and asked the front desk of the hotel. Go 10 minutes and find Nanxun Town. Maybe I didn't expect much, so the moment I walked into Nanxun really surprised me.
This time, I heard the story of "four elephants, eight cows and seventy-two golden dogs" and saw the ancient canal road and the continuous houses on both sides, which made me more interested in Nanxun Town and wanted to know more.
So since then, I have been to Nanxun several times, and it has a different look all year round. In Nanxun, you can not only appreciate the original flavor of life in a small town in the south of the Yangtze River, but also walk into the deep house compound with the "four elephants and eight cows" and feel the once luxury. Every night, hundreds of buildings make me linger, unwilling to leave.
In February, the willows in the south of the Yangtze River are green, and I look forward to the pink willow green in Nanxun. Knowing an ancient town doesn't mean knowing a person. I want to know about this ancient town.
In March, a century-old tree gave off green branches, and the ancient town also gave off new vitality. I came here again, looking for Jiangnan in my dream.
Nanxun town in April is full of greenery. It's refreshing to have a cup of hot tea under the covered bridge by the ancient river. At that moment, I thought maybe this was my retirement.
Entering the tourist season in May, tourists in the ancient town are mainly concentrated in Xiaolianzhuang, Zhang Shiming Laowu and other scenic spots. As a photographer, I watched the sunrise and sunset in the corridors on both sides of the ancient canal. My aunt walking the dog and the talking caged bird under the eaves all know me.
I spent two weekends in Nanxun in May. I don't know why, I like you in Nanxun. There is no reason, no reason, but there is a reason. A small town used to be as rich as the rest of the country.
It has left a unique combination of Chinese and western architecture, and more than 100 buildings along the ancient canal are the beautiful heritage of Jiangnan folk culture.
In June, I left Shanghai for work, and it was no longer 2 or 3 hours' drive to Nanxun, but 20 or 30 hours' drive.
