What should I do if my husband dislikes me for gaining weight after giving birth?

The skin on my belly used to be smooth and delicate. Because I was born with twins, my belly was too big and I had stretch marks. My husband didn’t dislike it at all. To be honest, I didn’t even like my belly, but my husband never disliked it. Love me and think I am great. There is so much disdain for living a normal life. Who is the same after giving birth to a child? We are all human beings.
