Joke Collection Website - Talk about mood - The world is big, but I am small.
The world is big, but I am small.
The world is big, but I am small. Others love more, but I love less. This is my motto in life.
"The more the busier; The less you have, the freer you are.
The simpler life, the richer spirit. As a practitioner of minimalist life, I advocate simplicity, restraint and concentration in both material and spiritual aspects.
My minimalism can be divided into two categories: commodity minimalism and information minimalism. In my opinion, the minimalism of articles can be summarized as: within an acceptable range, the fewer articles, the better, and the minimalism of information is to actively select information in a targeted manner.
You have to admit that people's ability and energy are limited. Once they are spent on unimportant things, there is not much they can spend on what they really need.
The more successful people are, the more they know how to streamline and allocate time and energy. The less you are disturbed by unimportant things, the more you can concentrate on what is really important.
In this busy and tense era, everyone's time and energy are limited. If our limited time and energy are wasted on unnecessary things, then we have no power to do things that really help us. For example, personal growth and self-improvement.
To be a true minimalist, you should really know what you need and how to make choices for important life goals. Concentrate all your energy and do what you really should do well to the extreme. This is the best living condition and the purpose of practicing minimalism.
Tell me what I did at the beginning of my life.
I have been living a minimalist life for five years. Five years ago, at a small gathering of friends, I came across the practice sharing of minimalists. At that moment, I felt that this was the life I wanted. From that day on, I embarked on this road of minimalist life. Later, things at home became less and less in my streamlining. When I first embarked on the road of minimalism, I did go through a stage of constant subtraction. By cutting off unnecessary things in my life, I found out what I really wanted later.
I throw away very few things at home. I used to feel useless when I saw anything, such as TV, coffee table, chaise longue, various tourist souvenirs, photo albums, large and small photo frames, bags and so on. There is only a table and a few dining chairs left in the room for eating and drinking tea. Code words, office work, are all done on this table.
I think it will consume people's energy to decide what to eat and wear every day, so my personal clothes and supplies are also thrown away by my constant bags. There isn't much left in such a big closet. Throwing things is not only throwing useless things, but also throwing away the desire that presses on the soul and letting yourself out of your cage.
At first, I was a little reluctant to feel bad, but in the end, the more I threw it, the better I felt, and finally the weight of my inner soul was reduced. I feel my mood suddenly enlightened, my home is clean and tidy, and my life is much simpler and easier. I think people's hearts will never be satisfied. It is better to cut off these material desires and return to the true nature from the outside to the mainland.
Even though the number of projects has been very streamlined, I still feel dissatisfied. Finally, I simply redecorated the house in my favorite style. Change the color of the white wall to dark green Nordic style, and then hang up your own oil paintings, which is full of healing feeling. Knocked on the door of the kitchen, changed the kitchen into a fully open one, and filled the room with golden sunshine in the morning, so the only dining table became the highlight of our multi-functional area. The table changes with different flowers every day. Whether drinking tea or code words, I feel so sunny and comfortable.
Add something that can make you happy in your little space. For example, three-dimensional digital oil painting, exquisite tea sets, artistic tableware, retro coffee supplies, flower arrangement, light and soft yoga Zen clothes and so on. Actually, "less" is not an end, but a way. By subtracting from life, we can leave room for people and things that really make us happy.
Minimalism is an extreme aesthetics of life. It means returning to the original heart, getting the essence from the rough, pursuing inner peace, spending time on really important things, and making life more interesting, powerful and meaningful.
Today, I'm as calm as water, stick to my own path, don't like socializing and socializing, never force myself, and keep a certain distance from the outside world. Enjoy your pure world, like sitting quietly drinking tea and reading books every day, watching birds and white clouds in the sky, and watching fallen leaves and snowflakes on the ground.
Use tea art to paint and feel the art of life, gain inner peace through music movement, participate in yoga meditation to explore inner self, read code words every day, focus on what you like, and let yourself blend in. Only by knowing your own smallness can you perceive the greatness of the world.
I quit useless social activities and spend my time with my family and improving myself. From material to information, from desire to spirit, every dimension of life can actually be simplified. We can concentrate our limited time and energy, focus on what we pursue in our hearts and do what we love, so as to gain inner pleasure. We can only do what we like to the extreme in the second half of our lives, instead of wasting our time and energy blindly, so as to reach the height of live high.
The core of minimalist life is to find yourself, abandon redundancy and focus on growth. Feel the unknown self! Let simplicity and efficiency become the main theme of life.
"Jane" bears the burden of life and lives a light posture! Disengagement and non-adherence to the Tao are the advanced life!
May we all find our true selves in this materialistic world! Really understand what you need and know how to make the necessary choices for important life goals. Concentrate all your energy and do what you really should do well to the extreme. This is the best living condition and the purpose of practicing minimalism.
