Have you ever encountered an eccentric leader?

I was just chatting with my former colleagues when I suddenly started talking about my former company, and I wanted to complain about my former boss! My director at the time resigned, our group was merged, and I had a new director. This new director really drove me crazy. He kept asking you to change both the copywriting and the plan.

Every time the revision opinions are different, she doesn’t know what she wants, and she often changes it in very strange directions. But she couldn't refute, and she would curse when she refuted. We have an open office environment, and she could be heard scolding on the whole floor. It was really embarrassing to be scolded.

Then the job becomes, change in a direction that you don’t even agree with—continue to be scolded after making changes—continue to change in another direction after being scolded. After enduring it for a few months, I thought that this would not work, that it would be tiring and that I would never achieve results because I was doing something that I didn’t even recognize myself for doing. I submitted my resignation application.

The new director didn’t find me either. I didn't leave my job right away, but I still finished a project with my team, and it was the end of the year and I wanted to get my year-end bonus before leaving. After the Chinese New Year, I discussed with my team leader the time for my resignation, and we decided on the end of February. As a result, HR talked to me several times to try to retain me (my director never said anything during this process), but I refused. Finally, on March 1st, I raised the resignation handover process.
