When welding under the chassis, it is easy to cause fire if the spattered welding slag touches the leaked fuel, wires and adhesive tapes. Therefore, we must pay attention to similar places when welding the chassis, and do a good job of cleaning and protection in advance.

3. Fuel tank welding is very dangerous, so you must find professional technicians. When the vehicle fuel tank is damaged, find a welder to repair the fuel tank, and the damaged fuel tank can be reused. But when welding the fuel tank, be sure to clean the fuel in the fuel tank, fill the fuel tank with water at the same time, and open the fuel tank cover for welding operation. This work must be operated by experienced welders.

4. Disconnect the main power supply before welding the protective electrical system. When the vehicle is being welded, it is also necessary to turn off the power supply of the vehicle. In particular, the electronic control system on vehicles is becoming more and more complex, and various precision control modules, ECU, etc. If the vehicle power supply continues to supply power during the welding operation, the current generated during the welding process will easily lead to the damage of electronic equipment such as ECU.
