Creative background:
This poem was written in the eighth year of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty (749) and the twelfth year of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty (753). At that time, Wang Changling was demoted from Ningcheng, Jiangning to a captain in Longbiao County (now Qianyang County, Huaihua, Hunan Province). Li Bai wrote this poem after hearing that his friend was demoted to Yangzhou.
Appreciate:
This poem was written by Li Bai for his friend Wang Changling's demotion, to express his anger and comfort, and also to express his regret and sympathy for Wang Changling's lack of talent. The first sentence describes the depression when spring is fading, and renders the environment gloomy and sad. The second sentence is a description of Wang Changling's "left shift", which shows Li Bai's concern and sympathy for the poet.
Three or four sentences are sent to the scene to sincerely encourage and comfort poetry friends. The whole poem chooses images such as flowers, rules, bright moon and wind. Weaving a hazy dream with strange imagination. Although it does not trace back to the past scenes and friendship with friends, it expresses friendship sincerely and touching through the description of the scenery.
About the author:
Li Bai (70 1-762), whose real name is Taibai, also known as "purple laity" and "fallen fairy", was a great romantic poet in the Tang Dynasty, and was praised as "poetic fairy" by later generations, and was also called "Du Li" with Du Fu. In order to distinguish himself from two other poets, Li Shangyin and Du Mu, that is, "Little Du Li", Du Fu and Li Bai merged again.
Li Bai was deeply influenced by Huang Lao's idea of sorting out villages. Li Taibai's poems have been handed down from generation to generation, and most of his poems were written when he was drunk. His representative works include Looking at Lushan Waterfall, it is hard to go, Difficult Road to Shu, Entering Wine, Liang, First Sending Baidicheng, etc.
