Provisions on detention in detention centers during the epidemic period

Whether the detention center picks up people during the epidemic period is decided by the local public security organ.

During the epidemic, in order to prevent mutual infection, detainees in detention centers will not be detained in some areas for the time being, which will delay their detention. Once the epidemic has passed, we will decide whether to accept it according to the specific circumstances of the case.

Personal protective measures are as follows:

1, arrange the trip reasonably; Advocate citizens to spend holidays on the spot, insist on non-necessity, do not travel, and reduce the flow of people; If you have to travel, you need to know the destination epidemic situation in advance, obey the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, travel at the wrong peak, and do a good job of protection.

2. Avoid party activities; Advocate a healthy and simple lifestyle, try not to get together or get together during festivals, try to avoid going to crowded public places, and advocate that family dinners should be controlled within 10.

3. Pay attention to food hygiene; Please buy cold chain food in regular supermarkets or markets, do not buy food without clear source information, and try to avoid direct contact with frozen food. When storing and processing food, raw and cooked chopping boards, kitchen knives and tableware should be separated and cleaned in time. Meat, eggs, seafood and other foods are cooked.

4. Strengthen personal protection; The epidemic is not over yet, so residents should continue to maintain a high awareness of prevention and control, don't take chances, and remember that danger comes from carelessness.

5. Do a good job of health self-test; Advocate residents to spend holidays on the spot, insist on non-necessity, do not travel, and reduce the flow of people; If you have to travel, you need to know the destination epidemic situation in advance, obey the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, travel at the wrong peak, and do a good job of protection.

Article 42 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), when an infectious disease breaks out and becomes prevalent, the local people's government at or above the county level shall immediately organize forces to prevent and control it according to the prevention and control plan, cut off the transmission route of the infectious disease, report it to the people's government at the next higher level for decision when necessary, and take the following emergency measures and make an announcement:

(1) Restrict or stop fairs, theatrical performances or other crowd gathering activities;

(2) suspension of work, business or classes;

(three) closed or sealed public drinking water sources, food and related items contaminated by infectious disease pathogens;

(4) controlling or culling wild animals, domestic animals and poultry infected with the epidemic;

(five) closed places that may cause the spread of infectious diseases.

When the people's government at a higher level receives the report of the people's government at a lower level on taking the emergency measures listed in the preceding paragraph, it shall make a decision immediately.

The lifting of emergency measures shall be decided and announced by the original decision-making organ.
