By April 7, 2022, Fujian General Administration had sent 1730 people to help Shanghai. On April 7th, the whole medical rescue team rushed to Shanghai from Xiamen and Fuzhou airports. In this medical team, there are 276 doctors, nurses 1372, 40 hospital nurses and 42 administrators. Most of the 1730 people are medical staff under the age of 50. 1730 medical staff are composed of frontline medical staff such as respiratory department, infectious disease department and critical care department.

With the epidemic situation in Shanghai becoming more and more serious, many places in China have sent their own medical teams to help Shanghai, and Fujian is no exception. These medical staff in Fujian were far away from their hometown and rushed to Shanghai at the first time. This move also touched many people, and their words and deeds naturally touched our hearts.

Many hospitals in Fujian Province participated in the rescue. In other words, on April 2, the medical team of Fujian Provincial Hospital was formally established. This medical team, led by Jeff, includes 26 doctors from China, 1 19 nurses, 155 liaison officers and hospital infection prevention and control. On April 7th, the medical team of Sheikh Hospital was formally established, with a total of 154 people going to Shanghai. The team is led by Professor Chen Liangwan, Party Secretary of the hospital, and there are also 26 doctors, 122 nurses and 6 administrative staff. It is reported that 7 1 person in this team is party member.

There are many similar medical teams in Fujian province. For example, Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Fujian Hospital of Shanghai Children's Medical Center, and May 4th North Campus of Maternal and Child Health Hospital have all set up support medical teams. Although there are only 53 people in this medical team, these 53 people are all elites of the hospital.
