Emperor Yan is the humanistic ancestor of the Chinese nation. Located in Yanling County, Zhuzhou City, Yandiling is the mausoleum of Yan Di. Since the Tang Dynasty, officials have sacrificed here, and now hundreds of thousands of overseas Chinese come here every year to seek their roots and worship their ancestors. "Yan Di Mausoleum Festival" has become an important carrier to unite the national feelings of Chinese people all over the world.

Relying on the profound Yan Di culture, Zhuzhou will take the existing Yan Di Square as the center and the Shenlong culture as the theme, and upgrade the existing buildings on the basis of the original Yan Di Square, so as to create the Shenlong City, which integrates the ecological water system (Shenlong Canal), the Shenlong statue, the Shenlong Tower, the Shenlong Culture and Art Center and other landmark buildings and landscapes, and create a "two-oriented society" demonstration project and a new urban open space with functions of culture, tourism and commerce.

Zhuzhou is the birthplace of Yanhuang culture, and Yan Di culture symbolizes Zhuzhou spirit. The development and construction of "Shennong City" is another major measure to improve the city's taste after the series of activities such as creating a national garden city and a national health city, and it is also a major strategic deployment of the three major battles of "improving quality to build a city", "attacking gardens" and "warming up the tour".

Cheng Shennong project takes the original Yan Di Square and Tiantai Park as the core, and extends to both sides along the existing urban forest belt. The total area of the project is 2,970 mu, of which the planned area of the core area is 1.620 mu and the planned area of the expansion area is 1.350 mu. With a total investment of more than 654.38+0 billion yuan, the project is the first large-scale urban development project in Tianyi Demonstration Zone of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration's comprehensive supporting reform pilot zone for two-oriented social construction.
