Because they think their pigs are healthy, safe and taste better, they plan to kill them themselves and give them to their neighbors and relatives in the village during the New Year. Therefore, in rural areas of China, it is a long-standing custom to kill pigs in the New Year, which means that everyone is safe, smooth and happy together.

However, according to the newly revised Regulations on the Management of Pig Slaughtering, it is necessary to establish credit files of designated pig slaughterhouses, and clearly require that pigs entering the market must be slaughtered at designated slaughterhouses with complete documents before they can be sold in the market, otherwise the slaughtering tools and illegal income will be confiscated and the minimum fine will be 50,000 yuan.

It can be seen that it is ok to kill pigs during the Chinese New Year this year, but only suicide eating is allowed, and it is not allowed to be sold to the outside world. Otherwise, it is illegal and will be punished.

But as we all know, a few people in a family can't eat a big fat pig, even if it is frozen in the refrigerator, it will affect the taste, so it is no problem to share it with relatives and friends. However, it is absolutely illegal to slaughter too much pork and sell it.

Therefore, it is suggested that if you want to kill pigs yourself and don't want to waste pork, you can invite relatives and friends from the whole village to enjoy them together and make some personal connections to facilitate your future work. Or keep a little fragrant pig and kill a little fragrant pig during the Chinese New Year. The amount of meat is just right, and pork will not be wasted.
