Talk about "electricity"

Our era is an electrical era, and electricity is used everywhere. Electricity is needed for industrial and agricultural production, and for daily life...all walks of life use electricity. What would it be like if Jiaxing City suddenly had a power outage one day? The factories stopped working, the lights stopped working, the computers stopped working, the rice cookers stopped cooking, the TVs stopped working, and even the tap water couldn’t be delivered to the water tower... The entire Jiaxing city was paralyzed. You can imagine how important electricity is!

Where does electricity come from? It's from the power plant. Nowadays, there are thermal power generation, whose main fuel is coal; hydropower generation, which mainly relies on water storage in dams; and atomic power generation. And the energy for these power generation is limited. For example, coal will eventually run out. Where to find new energy sources? I have many ideas: First, it’s the sun. It is said that some people are already studying the use of solar energy to generate electricity, but there is currently no way to use it in large quantities. Second, it is sea water. There is a lot of seawater on the earth. It would be great if we could use it to generate electricity. Third, it's garbage. People are always worried about garbage. If we can use it to generate electricity, wouldn't it be a win-win situation? Fourth, there is thunder and lightning. I read in a book that a thunderstorm releases a lot of electricity. If there was a way to prevent the lightning from being discharged, but to collect and store it and use it slowly, wouldn't that be a great source of energy?

I want to study hard and study these new energy issues when I grow up.
