This sentence is very correct. After having basic material security, we are all pursuing a sense of identity in the workplace. To put it simply, this sense of recognition is the respect and trust that your leaders and colleagues have for you.

Of course, all relationships are mutual. If a person wants to gain the respect and trust of others, he must first know how to respect and trust others. In the workplace, only by respecting and trusting each other can we form an alliance with the unit, regard the tasks of the unit as our own, internalize the issues considered by our superiors as issues we need to consider, and assume our due responsibilities at work. .

Take myself as an example. I have been recognized by my leaders and colleagues in both units. Their respect and trust in me is more important than the salary I receive. This kind of trust will make me feel the care reflected in my daily words or the recognition of my work ability at work. Even though I left my original employer, they still remember me and communicate with me frequently at work.

Trusting relationships are rare. In order to repay this trust, I will work harder, complain less and think of more solutions when encountering difficulties, and I will treat all leaders and colleagues All responded with respect and trust.

In addition to talking about work, we often talk about things outside of work. Sometimes the village cadres would give me a big pumpkin grown by their family. They would also give me a bag of some fruits when they went shopping. They would give me a bag of Spring Festival snacks they made during the Chinese New Year. They would often invite me to their homes for dinner. Sometimes they would drive me home when I was working late, and so on, and many, many more.

Respect and trust are also reflected in their support for some of my principles. For example, although they are not vegetarians, for a pure vegetarian like me, they always ask me to order three vegetarian dishes every time I go out to eat. Of course I respect the way they eat meat.

Not judging others is the key to respect and trust.

Of course I will make mistakes at work, but they will tolerate my small mistakes and won't blame me too much. Sometimes I feel very tired at work, and the way to relieve stress is to talk to my mother when I go home for dinner. Complaints are like contagious diseases that can easily amplify negative emotions. Therefore, cultivating your own tolerance is the key to handling all relationships well.

In addition, only by respecting and trusting yourself can you ultimately gain the respect and trust of others, because after all, the way others treat you is exactly the way you treat yourself. It is precisely because you believe that you can do this job well that others will believe that you can really do it well.

It turns out that confidence is the prerequisite for everything.
