I took a boat from Pingtan once, and it was Xin Hongxiang who got on board. This Pingtan ship is said to be better, but it is a complete sunken ship that I have never seen and will never see again. Let me give you a brief description of the pingtan boat:

First, the relationship between people and ships in Pingtan is complicated. Pingtan people have more than 800 large and small ships. Interpersonal addresses appearing on the ship include father, mother, son, brother and sister, uncle, uncle, aunt and so on. Generally speaking, only grandparents may not be on the boat, and other relatives are looking for them.

Second, Pingtan people have many ship shareholders. 80% of the crew on more than 800 Pingtan ships are shareholders. Third, the boats of Pingtan people are in poor condition. Perhaps Pingtan people should be proud of having more than 800 boats in a small county, but 99% of Pingtan boats are rarely maintained, as long as they can start. The net weight is more than 5000 tons, and the cost is 60 million, which is much cheaper than ordinary ships! It's only been over 1 year now (when I got on the boat), and it looks more worn than others' boats for more than ten years. Although it was completed and launched in 2009, many of the equipment on board was old and cheap. Many pipelines on the ship are worn out, and most of them are corroded. Many valves are rusted and can't be opened. There are few spare parts and tools on board, only one set of tools such as wrenches and sleeves can be assembled, and the rag has to be reused and recycled many times.

Fourth, the living food of Pingtan people is poor. The first thing many people do when they get on board is to see how the basic life on board is, but Pingtan boat will definitely surprise you. General situation of food in the morning: sweet potato porridge+peanuts+a small amount of pickled mustard tuber+dried fish (it hasn't changed all year round, so eat some and then make up). Food overview in the evening: sweet potato porridge (or a small amount of fried rice, fried with leftovers at noon)+vegetables+shredded pork. If you don't like shipmates who eat sweet potato porridge, be careful to enter this ship (I lost about 10 Jin on this ship, and shipmates who want to lose weight have a good effect here). After dinner, there must be many friends who want to ask how the living area is. Half of the people in the living area take a bath in the public bathroom, and the sanitary conditions inside are really poor. The toilet hasn't been flushed for a long time (the seawater daily pump can't pump water, the seawater pressure tank can't replenish gas, and the valve is rusted, which is estimated to be second-hand). Think about the toilet not flushing, and flush the toilet by uncovering the water left in the basin with a bucket next to it. If you meet an unconscious person, you won't rush at all! Few people urinate, so it stinks when they walk in! I still want to vomit after the aftertaste! I really can't write anymore. It's too hard to accept. . . . .

Five, Pingtan people ship serious arrears of wages. Pingtan ship itself is not well funded. In the face of the current financial crisis, freight rates plummeted and capital turnover failed. Wage arrears are inevitable. Especially the captain, the old track, the big tube and the big tube should be cautious. It's normal to delay you for a few months. Take Xin Hongxiang as an example. The shipowner won't talk to you about salary less than three months after boarding the ship. The agent said that the salary would be paid every month 10, 15. Those are all lies that trick you into getting on the boat to get the agency fee!

Sixth, the quality of Pingtan people's boats is poor. On the Pingtan boat, you can see many' old parents', about 40 years old, and most of them are' primary school students'. They went out to run boats very early and received little education. Maybe someone will criticize me and say, do people with higher education have higher quality? I just want to say: among the people with low quality, there are far more' pupils' with low quality than those with high academic qualifications, but there are few pupils in the people with high quality.
