Talking about hot water

Junior year, tortured by menstruation for two years. Sometimes it hurts for many days and may last until the end of menstruation. And now the pain is twice that of high school. I used to love ulcers, and I had several every month. Then I insisted on drinking hot water and it didn't grow after that. Oral ulcer is really a particularly distressing thing, just like I love spicy food, so I can't eat it for a few days. This is a more obvious change than menstruation.
