How credible is Putin's statement that Russia can capture 5 to 8 NATO capitals in two days?

Hearing this statement, NATO laughed, and even the whole world laughed. Because this statement has zero credibility. Now Russia simply does not have the strength to occupy 5 to 8 NATO capitals.
