Article 3 Vehicles mentioned in these Regulations refer to the following motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles running on roads:

(1) Motor vehicles refer to all kinds of automobiles, trams, battery cars, motorcycles, tractors and wheeled special mechanical vehicles;

(2) Non-motor vehicles refer to bicycles, tricycles, rickshaws, animal-drawn vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled.

Article 7 Vehicles/pedestrians must go their own way. Vehicles or pedestrians passing through the road should give priority to vehicles or pedestrians driving on this road.

In cases not specified in this Ordinance, vehicles/pedestrians must pass under the principle of ensuring safety.

Fifteenth vehicles and pedestrians must abide by the provisions of traffic signs and traffic markings.

Sixteenth vehicles and pedestrians should obey the traffic police's command when the light signal, traffic signs or traffic markings are inconsistent with the traffic police's command.

Thirty-second motor vehicles manned must comply with the following provisions:

(a) are not allowed to exceed the number approved on the driver's license;

(two) freight motor vehicles are not allowed to mix people and goods. However, in short-distance transportation of large trucks, the carriage can carry 1 to 5 people, and safety seats must be reserved. When the loading height exceeds the bumper, passengers are not allowed on the goods;

(3) Truck trailers, tractor trailers, semi-trailers, flatbed trucks, lifting trucks, dump trucks and tanker trucks are not allowed to carry people. However, tractors, trailers, semi-trailers, flatbeds, cranes and dump trucks with safety insurance or riding devices can carry one to five escorts or loading and unloading personnel with the approval of the vehicle management authority;

(four) when there are more than six people in the truck compartment, the vehicle and the driver must be approved by the vehicle management authority before driving;

(five) in addition to the cab and carriage, other parts of the motor vehicle are not allowed to carry people;

(six) children under the age of twelve are not allowed to be attached to the back seat of a two-wheeled or three-wheeled motorcycle. Mopeds are not allowed to carry people.

Article 63 Pedestrians must observe the following provisions:

(a) must walk on the sidewalk, there is no sidewalk to walk by the side of the road;

(2) Crossing the roadway requires a crosswalk. When crossing a crosswalk controlled by traffic signals, you must abide by the provisions of the signals; When crossing a crosswalk without traffic signal control, you must pay attention to the traffic and not chase or run; If there is no crosswalk, you must go straight through, and vehicles are not allowed to cross suddenly when approaching; If someone crosses an overpass or an underground passage, they must walk through the streets, lanes or underground passages;

(three) are not allowed to cross and lean on sidewalks, carriageways and railway crossing guardrails;

(four) are not allowed to pick up the car on the road, chase the car, forcibly stop or throw a car;

(5) Preschool children must be led by adults when walking on streets or highways.

(6) When crossing a railway crossing, the provisions of Items (1), (2) and (3) of Article 44 of these Regulations shall be observed.

Article 64 When a procession crosses the road, there shall be no more than two people in each team. Children's queues must travel on the sidewalk, and adult queues can travel near the right side of the roadway.

When crossing the roadway in a straight line, you must quickly cross the crosswalk; If there is no crosswalk, you must go straight through; You can pause the long queue if necessary.

Article 65 Passengers must observe the following provisions:

(1) Buses, trams and long-distance buses must wait at the platform or designated places in turn, get off first, and then get on the bus after the car stops;

(2) Do not call a taxi in the driveway;

(three) are not allowed to carry inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods by bus, tram, taxi and coach;

(four) when the motor vehicle is running, no part of the body shall extend out of the vehicle and shall not jump;

(five) when taking a freight motor vehicle, you are not allowed to stand or sit on the railing of the carriage.
