Meditation can't see the Tao. Let's talk about the old man Yuan Yin.
Meditation is a common skill of all schools and factions. Almost everyone regards meditation as a monastery. There is no way to meditate. Even if a person sits deep and has great functions, he can't get the Tao. If you don't get the Tao, it indicates that you will continue to cycle.
Why can't meditation be enlightened?
As far as the state of consciousness is concerned, I don't think much about cultivating my mind to a higher level. In fact, one can achieve this state while meditating.
On the surface, it makes no difference.
The problem is internal. The inner qualities of these two kinds of people are different.
Meditation can make a person get temporary peace, but it can't change the inner quality. If the internal quality can't be improved and the quality can't correspond to the avenue, how can it become an avenue? Except for one kind of person, of course, who is very kind and pure.
It is almost impossible to see the road without following it.
In this post, people often say that I am arrogant. I must declare this, lest you question the insight of Tao.
I am very negative, and I am not as enthusiastic about people and things in the world as ordinary people.
So it makes people feel cold. Actually, I just don't talk much, which may make people uncomfortable. But this is my character. What did you tell me? I wish I had answered it. I never thought about snubbing anyone, let alone hating anyone. Answering any question is just a matter of typing a few words. Why should I ignore anyone?
Another problem is that sometimes I don't know what others are saying and what they want to do. Some of them don't ask me questions, but introduce me to Master or teach me how to practice. Now I know that none of this is correct, but I didn't say that others were wrong. Most monasticism in the world is wrong. It doesn't make sense for me to say it again. I have no energy to correct others, otherwise it will inevitably lead to quarrels and quarrels. This is my least favorite behavior. So I don't talk. Is this arrogance? My EQ is basically negative, and I don't know how to deal with these things. Maybe my silence will make people sad. Actually, I'm sad to see others sad. I specially posted that this is my personality problem. Some things, neither your fault nor mine, are personality dislocation.
I don't want to ignore anyone. On the contrary, I am most afraid of ignoring anyone. I always speak carefully for fear of making people unhappy.
In real life, some people say that I am indifferent, others say that I am not approachable, but as long as I have been in contact with them, I know that I am comfortable to get along with. Because I will ignore the shortcomings of others and find the advantages of others.
As long as they have good intentions, I like their personalities. Some people like to make public, which is to show off to others. I don't think so. Even if you show off to me, you are happy for others. You're happy and I'm happy for you. It doesn't matter if you don't step on others when showing off.
I may have various bad personalities. I can say that I am aloof, but I don't admit that I am arrogant. In this post, what makes me mean is the kind of post that denies cultivating the mind.
The anger of saints should be angered by things, and the joy of saints should be rejoiced by things.
And cultivating the heart is my bottom line. It doesn't matter if a person doesn't cultivate himself, so don't deny self-cultivation.
Do you know how difficult it is to take a person on the road? It's really too difficult. How difficult is it? Let me give you an example. It's not good to say that about others, but this example is a bit special.
I gave her an example, and her understanding of Tao is the understanding of most people in the world at present. Her problem is the problem of most people. She is so highly educated and eager to get into the door.
People who come here have established a little morality, and they often have doubts about it because of your unconscious words. You know, the brains of the world are very strange, as if they were born to bypass the right path.
I didn't take it personally. As long as we don't deny the cultivation of good nature.
?
In addition, practice meditation:
Meditation and practicing Qi, without correct mental cultivation, are all blind practice. That's not a monastery. It's good to say that practicing blindly, but it's crooked to say that you don't like it. Once you catch a computer virus, it's beyond redemption.
Meditate and practice, practice that kind of silence. The static pole is pneumatic. Then it's good to accumulate merits and demerits.
Meditation can strengthen the body and treat many chronic diseases and intractable diseases, all of which are the washing of qi.
But again, that doesn't mean you won't get sick if you meditate. Look at everything correctly. Meditate, practice kung fu, what? I am not good at teaching. I don't practice kung fu. People who cultivate their minds like to meditate. Then sit quietly.
Don't bother to think about it.
For beginners, meditation can also quickly restore vitality and enhance human immunity. Stay healthy. But for high-level people, they can recover quickly without meditation.
?
(Reply to Yin et al. for the old sermon. )
If they don't invite people to do evil, there will be no big mistakes. Nothing wrong doesn't mean right.
Speaking of misleading, it means that you are not really on the right path, that is, the focus is wrong. They don't necessarily talk about cultivating the mind. They also talk about cultivating the mind, but the focus is wrong.
Then it will make the yogi accomplish nothing in this life and waste his time.
When Yuan Yin wrote Ming Theory, he didn't see nature clearly, so he wrote it blindly. I mean, his theory of seeing nature is sloppy. I have never seen a heart center, and I have never heard of it. After reading the profile of Baidu, did the person who should write it not write it well?
What? Two-thirds rely on Buddhism and one-third rely on self-reliance. What can I learn as long as I can sit for two hours every day? Just looking at these, I can throw them in the garbage. But I haven't seen what it is, so I don't comment.
A good book, such as Tanjing, is aimed at the clear mind, not that you can prove it after reading it, but that people with good understanding suddenly realize after reading it: so that's it!
In other words, you know the true meaning of life, but whether you can get a certificate depends on yourself and whether you can practice. It's just that your path of practice is more correct than others. No detours.
Enlightenment and cultivation are completely two concepts. Enlightenment is regarded as a monastery all over the world.
Practice to see if you can practice hard, and whether you practice correctly is savvy.
It's as if someone read my article and started directly from cultivating the mind, that is, walking directly on the right path. This is called understanding. Some people just don't understand. I don't know what I can't understand.
As for the heart center, I don't know. I'll see for myself and judge for myself. Take the essence and discard the dross.
Practice, as long as we grasp the cultivation of mind, is right. Other things, if you are curious, just go and have a look. It doesn't matter. Just don't be led astray.
? How to repair the heart?
Observe your thoughts. If you find hatred, jealousy, complaints, accusations, selfishness, sensitivity, etc. In your mind, all the bad negative emotions in your heart should be stopped or corrected in time.
Everything that is right is similar. It is not only the study of mind, the ten virtues of Buddhism, the reflection, repentance and gratitude of Christianity, not to mention Confucianism. The difference is the way of expression.
Let me tell you the real meaning of "being famous for your words, but getting nothing". Do you want to explain this sentence? The so-called "harvest" mentioned in this sentence actually has nothing to gain, and there is nothing really to gain from enlightenment. Because Tao is already there. However, the so-called Tao is to restore nature. For thousands of years, so many people have been explaining this sentence, and few of them are right. It's all based on your imagination, and then you talk nonsense.
The reason why no one came is that few people fixed it correctly. I have been preaching and teaching for so many years, and only in this post have I seen several people who have really corrected. Other so-called monasticism is meditation or chanting Buddha, which is the best I have ever seen. There are also most people who ramble and describe Taoism as a monastery. People who haven't practiced all day can speak logically. Many people still believe in the "Tao" that those people talk about.
? Many people ask me similar questions: What is the Tao you see?
Let me answer this question in a unified way.
Seeing Tao is a phenomenon and a result. People all over the world, no matter which Sect you belong to, if they see the Tao, it is just this phenomenon. The only phenomenon.
I must emphasize that seeing the Tao is a phenomenon. This phenomenon is that you see the Tao. Seeing the Tao is visible, but what Yuan Yin wrote is invisible.
Many people in the world regard their instant insight or excitement as visibility. This is all wrong. Of course, many people will be unconvinced. If you are unconvinced, you should consider yourself seeing sex. I offended many people in this matter. Ta said she had sex, I said no, ta said yes, I said no, now think about how stupid I used to be, and I don't care what I did.
The reason why so many people think they have seen the Tao is because they regard some wonderful feelings as seeing the Tao at a certain period. So some people will ask, what is the Tao you see, or what is the Tao you see, and so on.
Many friends who have been reading my articles will find that I have a lot to write. I don't talk about abstinence. I said in Weibo why not talk about abstinence. I also don't talk about the practice of mind training, because there is no framework for mind training. Not specifically. For example, if I say you should be kind to your family and others, then the problem will come. There is a kind of person who is very kind to his family and will wonder if I don't need to fix it. For example, don't have selfish distractions, then the problem comes again. There is a kind of person, such as my child, who has no evil heart at all, so he doesn't need to fix it? She has other problems to solve.
When I first started writing, I sometimes said how to cultivate my mind, and then a group of people always said, I am like this. Later, I felt that it would mislead others and make others feel that they had no shortcomings, so I rarely listed the rules and regulations of cultivating the heart. If all the rules and regulations I have listed happen to be your strengths, then you will think that you are not wrong and you can gain enlightenment. I think it is a great sin for people to have such a misunderstanding.
Of course, it does not rule out that some people have really good personalities, and there are many of my friends. Even such people still need to cultivate their minds, but the starting point is much higher than that of people with big personality defects.
