A) PPT source file

The PPT source file is a complete preserved version of the PPT we made.

B) complete PPT

What is a full-scale PPT? PPT is behind, which means PPT, but the content of PPT is all pictures, not all pictures.

What does this mean? Do you only keep the pictures in the original PPT?

That's not true. Full PPT is to convert every page in the original PPT into pictures, and then let each picture serve as the background of each slide. So, even if there are no pictures in the original PPT, it doesn't matter. It has nothing to do with it.

Full PPT can be used to protect its own PPT works from leakage.

However, if you just want to extract the pictures in the background, you can still do it easily. D) video

Video, here refers to the results of PPT automatic screening.

Generally speaking, PPT has various animations (switching animation, object animation, etc. ) to choose to export to video. But in fact, even if there is no animation, it can be exported as video.

E) dynamic diagram

A dynamic diagram is actually similar to a video, showing something similar, but one is a video and the other is a diagram.

I think you can share it anytime. Anyway, you shared it, and no one will come to see it soon. But if you really want to say it, I suggest sharing it outside working hours, except during the day, because if you share it during working hours and happen to be seen, you may forget to comment or read it carefully for various reasons.

According to the form of sharing mentioned above, let's talk about how to share it.

A) PPT source file

PPT source files can be shared directly, but not all platforms can share directly, such as friends circle, which can only accommodate pictures and videos.

B) complete PPT

To get a complete PPT, you need to use the plug-in islide or PPT to beautify the master's function, which is simple to operate.

After the conversion, a new file will appear without affecting the source file.

C) static diagram

To share still pictures, convert the slides on each page into pictures.

Conversion can be divided into two situations, one is to convert into several independent slide pictures, and the other is to convert into a whole slide picture.

The conversion method can use the function of PPT software or plug-in function. I think it is best to use the plug-in function, because the plug-in is powerful and allows more detailed settings.

The first type: convert it into an independent picture.

Software function, you can use the built-in export picture function, or choose to save as a picture format.

As for plug-ins, both iSlide and PPT beautification master have the function of exporting pictures.

The second type: into a whole, that is, a picture.

This uses the jigsaw puzzle function in the plug-in. The puzzle function of the two plug-ins is not limited to directly connecting PPT from top to bottom, and there are other options that we can choose according to our own needs.

D) video

Export video, this kind of thing, PPT software can do it by itself, and plug-ins can also do it. They can set the video quality and the length of each slide.

The settings in the islide plug-in should be more detailed, but leave it alone.

The above two settings are necessary and need to be adjusted as needed.

For example, although friends can share videos, there are requirements for videos, such as the requirement of 10 second now. If the PPT is too large, it may not be sent. Therefore, according to the PPT to be released, choosing appropriate parameters can realize sharing under various restrictions.

In addition, when exporting video, there is no need to modify the existing animation, such as changing "when clicking" to "at the same time as the previous animation". And can be directly exported and played.

E) dynamic diagram

Why introduce how to share dynamic pictures (that is, GIF pictures) at the best time? Accurately speaking, it seems illogical to introduce the video after sharing, but there is a reason.

Because to make dynamic GIF pictures, you need to export PPT to video first, and then convert it into GIF pictures.

Careful friends will probably find that when saving as a picture with PPT software, you can choose gif format. But this kind of operation, one is to get a static gif picture (you know, GIF pictures are not always moving), even if there is animation, it will not appear; Second, this export method can only be exported page by page, and the slides can't be connected, so it is completely impossible to switch animations.

Then introduce the following methods.

The first step is to export the video. This is consistent with the above practice.

The second step is to turn the video into a GIF animation. At this time, you need a gadget-free video-to-gif converter, which is very simple to operate.

First, import the video, select the converted video length (generally not adjustable) and the size of the GIF picture (for example, change the width to 640 to make the height change accordingly), and click "Nesting" to enter the next step. In this step, because the default size is relatively small, the size is usually changed.

Next, select the remaining images. If you don't want them, you can press Remove to remove them. If you don't know, you can ignore them. Just select an exported quality, and then click "MakeGIF" to export.

Through the above methods, we can share our PPT.
